I still don’t see it, leatherneck, but will agree that constant and increased vigilance is necessary and wise, and resistance to Sharia law should be universal and uncompromising.

When I was a kid, we sent a huge oak stump 20 feet in the air using a 5 gal paint can, some fertilizer, diesel fuel and a makeshift fuse. (Should have picked our observation post further from ground zero, but that’s another story) I don’t think money is the obstacle if these people really wanted to do damage, and they are already ingrained in the cultures of every continent.

While Christians are to love their enemies, “turning the other cheek” is most often misinterpreted. If someone comes to bring harm to you or your family or friends, you fight. Jesus said “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” – then that’s exactly what He did for us. A great epitaph for any fallen soldier as well, no?

BTW, the peaceful Muslims in Manila are countered by the radical groups like Abu Sayaf in Mindinao. They have been trying for years to have the Island declared an independent Islamic state. The Philippines will never let it go. DelMonte alone has millions of hectares of pineapples, sugar, bananas etc there.

You are correct in there being Muslims who are at peace. I was trying to show how they are now true Muslims, and need to get another religion. They do not follow Mohammed.

We read in the paper every few days now how some mislead Muslim tried to blow Americans up, or plan to murder, or succeeded in murdering Americans on our soil.

It appears our country is headed now just down the secular humanist hell on earth culture, but divided down racial, and religious lines like Beirut.

500 Christians were murdered in Africa by the religion of peace, yet where is it in the news? Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, ect… all wage Jihad on non-Muslims.

But doesn’t conventional warfare entail things like honor, courage, loyalty, patriotism, comaraderie, self-sacrifice and the like? The Islamists are cowards who think they are going to paradise by killing. And yes, Muhammed was a raping, murdering, pillaging thug. Jihadi “warriors” talk tough about fighting, then hide behind the skirts of women and little children. If there were indeed hundreds of millions who bought into Jihad, they would blend into the world population and wreak havoc bringing on utter chaos. Perhaps that’s what they are doing. But I can’t see how it is mainstream. The level of violence does not seem to indicate that. Yet.

While living in Manila, I met and bartered with Muslims daily in the markets. They have small mosques there and practice their religion peacefully. I found them very open to talking about Christ, as they know inherantly that their religion offers them no real hope of salvation. This is the level I fight them on – Spiritual warfare. It is real and the power of the Gospel and God’s Spirit can overcome any spiritual enemy.

You call radical Islamic Jihad the not true Islam. Some support such action with money, others support with not saying anything. Passive support is still support.

There is no such thing as radical Islam, there is just Islam. Those following Mohammed are true to the religion. Those who are peaceful are Apostate, and should get another religion.

I got the impression you thought there was a peaceful Muslim within the house of war. Jihad is being waged in America with bombs, and pressure though the courts.

CAIR, and the Muslim brotherhood along with the rest of Islam is not here to be Americans, but to change America from within. Look at their schools, and see what they teach.

This is why the left loves them so much, The left hates America as we grew up knowing her.

Leatherneck – Where in the world do you get the idea that I am defending Islam? I said it is a false religion because it contradicts itself. Unless God is confused and contradictory, it is nonsense. It also insists on theocracy – marriage of church and state – therefore must be opposed. Period. Not to mention while recognizing Jesus as a “prophet” it denies His deity.

The Bible contains no contradiction, and advances separation of church and state. Jesus said “Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to God the things that are God’s.” And read Romans 13.

Whether you think Islam is a peaceful religion or Jihad depends on which page of the Koran you are reading. I have taken the time and effort to understand Islam, not defend it. I understand why you don’t care to, but your statements miss the mark as they are only half truths. If you want to look into it, the bibliography Red Pill provides in #32 is a good resource, and and English translations of the Koran with commentary are available free online. If not, as I said, whatever.

Perhaps you could try to answer my question. If radical Islamic Jihad is “mainstream” – and Muslims comprise 25% of the world population (1.8 billion and rapidly growing) – why are we not fighting WW III? A military of one tenth of one percent of Muslims could annihilate the west. Jihad is neither fringe or mainstream. But it is growing.

It is not me with the problem. It is Islam, and those who worship a false moon god, then follow a mad man. History proves me correct.

I suspect swede, there are to many individuals in Europe who see Islam as you do.
