Really? I was unaware of such people.

    Name one.

Z, in my opinion the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America’s Leadership and a number of their congregations. I want to emphasize there are congregations within the ELCA and certainly individual members who do not share that view.

Dr. Tiller was an elder in his ELCA congregation.

You commented about Catholics ignoring the plight of the Jews. To be fair, so did some of my non-Catholic Protestant relatives. But there were also Christian Americans of German heritage who liberated those camps.

Life can be a mystery sometimes.

We have decided to entertain ourselves – We are playing a Geocaching/Waymarking Game for the Month of April. We are really tired of politicians in all shapes, and forms…on TV, Internet, Magazines, Newspapers. I don’t think our elected officials get that they have Burned us out on their nonsense. Maybe come next November, they will have to find away to entertain themselves :)

    True,

An apparent affirmation of a previous propositional statement offered by one Flyman, ostensibly as a tactful gesture indicating agreement with said declaration, but suspect in its sincerity, since ZZzzsnoozer rarely agrees with anyone.

    you

Second person singular OR plural pronoun, said case to be determined by context. If plural, this would be a tacit admission that all posts other than yours in the present thread are in fact true, meaning ZigglyWiggly’s posts are, by default, false. We will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are here referring to Flyman in a singular case.

    do have to explain anything

Here begins our real conundrum. Since you are responding to Fman’s assertion “I do not have to.” (emphasis mine) it would seem you are opposing his statement, when you have just affirmed its factuality by employing the adjective “True”. The other possibility is that you have inadvertently omitted said “not” in a hasty rush to post a snappy response. Either way, the veracity and/or accuracy of the balance of the post is called into question.

    to anyone.

    Vague and rather weak.

    Overall post rating: Solid D+

Zyzzyg really needs to get his own blog. That will make it easier for me to ignore him.

    Typical thread:
    10. Zyzzyg comments.
    20. People respond to inaccuracies.
    30. Go to 20.

“Each of them in their own way explained social justice as they believe it.”

Again with the bait and switch. Really worn out tactic…..

The issue zy attempted to invent is not founded on anyone’s definition of “social justice” other than Glen Beck’s.

Glen Beck’s was right on, he did a lot of work to define it, put it in context and show how what is being practiced under the phrase “social justice” by the unions and the left is anything BUT social justice and is clearly un-Biblical. And Beck is correct a church preaching “social justice” has moved away from a Biblical foundation and needs to be left behind, the dust shaken from our feet on our way out the door so to speak.

zy just wants to read his own comments….
