I said this morning on Fox and Friends that this entire process is so perverted and obscene that if it were a major motion picture, it would be rated X.

So, here’s the Wreckonciliation bill text finally posted on the House Rules Committee page.

Have at it.

***

Update 2:27pm Eastern. Steny Hoyer announces weekend schedule on House floor. House will convene on Saturday at 9am with votes as early as 10am, then on Sunday at 1pm — no votes before 2pm. Possible votes on Monday before 630pm Eastern.

Why not just call this Obamanation what it is … Liars cheating and stealing.

The rules are being changed real-time, the Bill has not been scored in any rational way. It’s like the UN Climate Change people are scoring the bill, with the same ‘thumb on the scale’ effects.

This is not Constitutional government, this is two-bit tin pot government like you find in all these other democracies, from Saddam’s Iraq to Chavez’s Venezuela. The law is what I say it is.

    And it sucks.

Your economic freedom is being stolen.

    Just wait…

Can we bring in the numbers of the future unemployed health insurance workers as they lose their ability to compete in the marketplace?

The number of doctors that choose to leave the profession rather than deal with the additional paperwork and reduced fee payments?

The number of employees of said doctors that are now on the unemployment rolls?

    etc…etc…etc…

How about we pass a law that makes the members of the CBO liable for any shortfalls greater than 10% in their estimates?

    Jus’ sayin’…

The donks don’t care whether you read the bill. They’re sure as hell not going to. And to any quibbles about this or that provision, they already have their answer at the ready:

This bill is a complete farce. It won’t do anything to stop the rising cost of health care.

I wish the CBO would show the impact of this legislation on the STATE governments through medicaid.

That’s their little trick. . . this bill has good numbers from FEDERAL spending. Initially they subsidize medicaid a TON from the federal government. . . then the responsibility falls to the states for the rest of eternity.

Basically, the Feds are using the state governments as the piggy bank for this program. The FEDERAL numbers look good because Medicaid isn’t a FEDERAL responsibility.

If you want the REAL cost of this bill, you have to add the increases in Medicaid costs to the states to this final number.

This whole process has made me really question whether or not we should be telling the world how to run their governments.

Our process allows inexperienced snake oil salesmen to spend an unlimited amount of other people’s money with no responsibility.

Obama is going to consider the White House a prison before he leaves instead of a castle. He will go down as the most hated president in history who left the nation worse off than when he got it because of the spending.

Think about it: This bill is in fact the new 2010 Revised Constitution of the United States. Our Constitution and Republic have been effectively overthrown by this abomination. If passed, this thing will be the new rule of law for the nation. Democrats/Communists will use it to rule the country forever. This is high treason by any judgement.

And I don’t mind losing a debate or an argument. . . but their talking points are so out of left field it is just sad. Sad is the only word I can use. I’m not even angry at how they mislead people. . . it’s just sad.

Obama wants to fight battles Against Americans (Gibbs referred to health care as a ‘battle’).

They blame Republicans for passing a Medicare drug package because it was expensive. . . yet they use making it MORE expensive to say they ‘improved Medicare’.

They took out 500B from Medicare to pay for subsidies of people under 65. They stifle investment by taxing dividends and investments.

It’s going to get really bad really quickly and it is because of the people in charge.

Their rhetoric is beyond debatable. They spend other people’s money and say ‘we got a BARGAIN!’. I imagine if Pelosi would give me her credit card and allow me to buy a Ferrari with it, I’d think it was a bargain too. . . Nancy might call it something else.

Ann Coulter has the right idea. True healthcare reform could have been achieved in a five page bill. The fact of a 2,300 page bill is all the evidence you need that this thing is not about healthcare at all, it is about a coup d’etat. Everything else is diversionary.

Abortion funding was NEVER a part of this bill as a separate entity.

This bill does ONE THING. . . PAYS FOR INSURANCE.

It’s very simple. . . the federal government uses tax dollars to pay for health insurance for people who can not afford it (through Medicaid mostly).

The health insurance plans are mandated that abortion be covered. Congress does nothing but pay for the insurance. . . the insurance is required to cover abortion at the state level.

Stupak and others wanted SPECIAL plans that specifically EXCLUDED abortion for people who got subsidies to pay for their insurance plans.

For someone who completely understands how this process works, it is sad because I understand equally how difficult it is to get the concepts across to people so that they might understand it.

Basically, the feds are going to pay for more insurance premiums whether you are sick or not.

They’ll have to pay for it for every new immigrant (legal or illegal) forever once this plan passes. Eventually someone is going to have to pay for it (grandkids, great grandkids. . . etc.).

The “historical massive govt takeover” of Americans’ healthcare is unconstitutional.

Even meeting and “passing legislation on Sundays”, as this Obama Congress has in the past, is unconstitutional according to Article I! The Congress never met on Sundays even during WWII or the Vietnam War!

Have your Senators and Reps even read the Constitution which they swore “to UPHOLD” when elected to office? How can Obama,Pelosi and Reid order Congress to meet and vote on Sundays.

Provisions have been made to immediately begin collecting taxes from every citizen to fund the HC Bill the minute it is signed! Where are people going to get “more tax dollars”?

It is unconscientionable and immoral that legislation that will approve my tax dollars to fund the ending of innocent life in the womb will be voted upon on the Sabbath.
Overwhelmingly, Americans do not want to pay for abortions with tax dollars! That includes every major religious order in the World!

Not even during WWII or the Vietnam War did Congress convene on Sundays. The President has ten days to sign any legislation, but Article I, Section 7, excludes Sundays.

The SCOTUS has recognized various religions’s sacred days including Fridays for Muslims, Saturdays for Jews, and Sundays for Christians! Surprised? It is true! The POTUSA is “slapping us in the face” since he is amoral and has no specific moral barometer” by which to measure behavior!

Additionally, the first 100 pages of the HC Bill are incomprehensible as posted online since I cannot refer back and forth to various Sections that “refer to” or “except as stated” or the “conflicting statements” which are amended (See Sec…?).

What is Congress doing? Have they become obsolete due to the POTUSA’s socialists/communists Advisers? What do you think? How do his Adviserstake over their minds and common sense? They seem to have complete “mind control” over Congress! jb
