Did Schlussel Smear Hannity?

Regarding this morning’s item on Sean Hannity’s Freedom Concerts, it seems that much of Debbie Schlussel’s report was very misleading. A knowledgeable source tells me: “The reason so little has been paid out from the charity is that the vast majority of the kids the money WILL go to are right now not in college. When they turn 18 they will get the money for college. But because these are the children of Iraq and Afghanistan vets, their kids are mostly not of college age yet.”

As for Hannity’s private plane, my source says “he pays for it himself,” and adds that “he personally has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars of his own money to the Freedom Alliance.”

I’m told Freedom Alliance will issue a statement on this today; I’ll update this post with their statement as soon as I get it.

That kind of accusation needs to be investigated thoroughly before it is tossed around.

Schlussel is not the “go to guy” on what conservatives are doing. I mean, really! What does she think Sean is, a Democrat?!?!?! He isn’t stupid.

It is just another distraction and further proof that Hannity is hitting them where it hurts.

So IOW only the minorities who are failing at college will get more money…when you subsidize something you get more of it.

Yep, any Democrat who is undecided is voting for the bill. The only transparency in this administration is when they attempt to deceive their constituents.

Swede – I too take great comfort in this and believe in His divine providence. I’m surprised by Ig-Reilly’s dismissive response to your words that reflect over 200 years of truth – words that the founding fathers used to guide them in creating our consitution. I plan on calling on the power of prayer during these times as it seems to go hand in hand with another God-given right called the 2nd amendment. The thought that keeps coming into my head with regard to the health care takeover is how is this not tyranny — how is this not worthy of a revolution?

If millenium of tradition, or the Scriptures and Gospel are a person’s guide, they can’t be a Democrat. Pelosi, Kerry, Sebelius, the rotting DWI Killer, were all frauds.

Only members of churches that choose to follow the Lord of this World, like some Episcopal churches (hang tough to the faithful Anglican churches), Unitarians, MCC, etc. can claim any semblance of Christianity and be Democrat.

BTW, the now retired Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark, New Jersey, publically denies Jesus was born of a virgin, died on a cross, or was resurrected.

And the Episcopal Church continues to honor him as a bishop and maintain his denials of Christ on their website.
