YUCK!! I don’t like spending my morning watching the leftards in their drooling worship of the dictator barry hussien.
This is why I have connected with a group that is fighting to the International Baccalaureate program out of our Mesa School district. This UN designed piece of crap is partially why our kids are turning in to globalist eco zombies and why they’ll end up supporting scum like barry.
These are the minds full of mush Rush keeps talking about.
Unfortunately for the young folks they believe in the one man and not in the overall system of our gov’t as laid out in the Constitution. They want to help because they have been made to feel guilty aboutbecause they might have something someone else doesn’t. However, most won’t give up there own “treasure” to help someone, but think it should be taken from other with more and given to those with less. I think this has been tried before, by some folks named Lenin, Stalin, Castro, Chavez, etc. Just never seems to work out and a few have all the wealth and the many not so much.
I have a hunch that That kid will be working at McDonalds his entire life. And NOT in management. It was obvious he was not just brainwashed, but a bit brain dead too. Sad. I wonder if his Mom drank alcohol while he was in the womb. I am not saying that to be mean. I really wonder about that. There is something wrong with him.
This is what happens when government schools are allowed to turn out financial and civics illiterates. You get a ready-made left wing voting block generation after generation. Turn back this wave of fools and there is another to follow.
If we take back our schools and our Constitution we may yet have a country to hand off to our kids.
I’ve met many mature and sharp home schooled kids who reflect the values of their (responsible) parents.
Also, I know some crazy, tin foil and lazy parents who home school their kids.

I used to think it would be fun to attend an Obama rally and try to parody the Obama zombies — except these people are so far beyond sanity, they can’t be parodied.
You’re supposed to use headshots on real zombies. I don’t think that would work on Obama Zombies as there would be NO vital organ involved!
I cut our young slack in both ideology and activity which in an older adult is intolerable. 20 somethings being liberal dope smoking morons I can throw down to age and inexperience. 40 somethings in the same situation are just total idiots deserving of nothing except contempt.
My friend’s daughter….started out as a cashier, worked her way both through college and into management. Met her future husband at a regional management conference. Now they own two stores and are expecting their first baby.
I couldn’t do what they do, but they work hard and seem to love every minute of it.
Weenies, wimps and whiners would be appropriate term which I first used to belittle the xxxx hippies of my generation. And as with my generation that same generation produced the fine young men in the sandbox. It is the LEFT, the weakling and coward who is our enemy, not a generation.

Watching the people at the ‘Discarded Lies’ blog turn into Obama Zoms was downright eerie. They used to be fairly reasonable. Then, all the conservatives were driven off, and now every other hippo-link is Media Matters, Think Progress, or DailyKos. And now they spend their time bashing tea party patriots and Sarah Palin.
I’d call it ‘Zombieland,’ but that would be a discredit to Zombietime, whose anthropological photographs of moonbats being moonbats enlightens us all.

I wouldn’t be so quick to write off the youngsters as “brain-dead”. I was liberal as a kid myself (largely because I was under the influence of libby teachers), but my high school American Government teacher (John Pandak) opened up my mind to what conservatism had to offer.

The schools have done much to brainwash kids. I work in juvy justice and when I go to look up contact information for schools, I find many proudly boast about their social justice programs on their websites. Yes, SOCIAL JUSTICE. It makes my toes curl.
This morning, I thought that what we need is a David Troma. If you’re of a certain age, you’ll remember that Troma was a former cop who traveled to schools all over the country to talk to young people about the evils of drugs from a street-level perspective. I heard him talk in 1981 and I never forgot the graphic tales of heroin addicts losing their limbs :/.
Instead, we can teach kids how to think critically about what they hear from professors, politicians, the media, and celebrities. We can’t go to schools and do it, but maybe in people’s homes, in churches, halls, etc.. It’s no guarantee they’ll turn out to be conservatives but they’ll have a b.s. detector that will work for life.

So very happy to see other people discussing getting rid of the IB program! I was in it in high school, but the county people would not listen to me when I wrote to them trying to explain why I thought sticking it in the elementary schools was a really bad idea, and not actually any way to improve foreign language teaching.
I’m not thirty yet, and I think I was subject to a BS detector course at some point in elementary school (which was NOT IB and could have been either Catholic or public) where they used phrases like “bandwagon argument.” I wonder if that’s why I had no heart at the age of 20

You have just described my liberal sister who lives in Philly. I’ve been estranged from her for about 10 years. She was alcohol and drug dependent for most of her life until she finally managed to drag herself across the college graduation line, married a rich Jew whose family are movers and shakers for Dems in Philly, and became a social worker who, you guessed it, works with addicts and the homeless.
Then, there is my liberal sister-in-law in New Jersey, also a social worker, who will always vote for anybody who kills babies and, yet, doesn’t have children of her own. I have another liberal brother-in-law, who is now the Dean of an education school in NY, who had the audacity to put on a Christmas Card that he feels so glad that we “finally” have a “compassionate” president. I wanted to hurl after that. These are people in their 50′s who aren’t quite strong enough to admit who they really are, socialists.
It’s not just the young we have to worry about. It’s died in the wool, older socialists who like to pretend they’re liberals.
I’ve told my husband flat out that I refuse to let either of these two individuals into my house. They’re so self-involved they don’t have room in their lives for the concerns of the rest of us who don’t want to see this country go under. My husband disagrees with me because he loves them.
Unfortunately, love can be blind sometimes when it comes to liberals.
You too? I was a janitorial assistant my first year of college. I also waited tables and bartended. To this day, I think bartending was the best job I had because it was fun and the customers were a hoot.
I’m not afraid of a little hard work. I wish, when I was considering college, that I had just gone to Culinary Arts school, but got talked into Nursing by my dopey mother, even though she knew that math and science were not my best subjects. Parents can be really pushy and kids need to make their own decisions.
Too bad kids would rather have Mummy and Daddy shell out their retirement for the “best” rather than pay for it themselves. I’m sorry, if I ever have a kid, the first thing I’ll tell them about college is that they need to pick something that is RIGHT for them and that I’m not paying for it.
You can work and go to school. Many of us did and are still doing it. Too bad the entitlement crowd has convinced the young that they’re “worth” it without having to pay for it.
emjem24 – You can choose your friends but not your family. Over the years I’ve just had to let some of mine go and wish them well. However, friends are to be cherished.
I’ve tried to hold conversations with many young people and the skill escapes me. I’ve hired a great many employees over the years, of every color and ethnic group. If they attended school on either the east or west coast, stay clear of them. Their first day on the job was the only one they showed up on time. After a 90 day probation I had one young lady show up in a sweat suit and sneakers even though we had a dress code. When I sent her home, she wanted to know if she’d be paid for it? You can’t cure stupid.
Good luck and thanks for writing this book, Jason. I hope you make a crapload of money from it. One way or another, I’ll scrape up the dough to buy a copy. Just make sure I get some of the profits.
