When Obama is determined to have been a usurper, and everything done under his illegitimate “authority” is reversed, not only will every law and executive order signed by Obama be nullified, but every Obama nominee still in office will have to step down and be replaced by legitimate nominees.
So again, perhaps it is for the best if the Obama (in)eligibility issue is not resolved until 2013. That way, the new nominees will be chosen by a new Republican President, rather than by Joe Biden.

I’ve driven about 800 miles today from Virginia to Florida to see the Space Shuttle take off on Monday. On the drive, I was watching for Obama stickers… I saw a grand total of FIVE. I think that speaks volumes considering how you used to not be able to look anywhere without seeing one.
Unfortunately just north of VA in good ole Blue MD Obama stickers are a dime a dozen. Can’t drive anywhere without being exposed to them.

Anyone heard the news. Stevens said he will retire from SCOTUS sometime in the next two years, to ensure Obama chooses his replacement.
I suspect the GOP does not get the 10 seats out of 18 current Dem seats, and if one figures Snowe will Jeffords/Spectre if needed to let Biden be the tie-breaker, it is 11 of 18 seats.
Now, a few more GOP Senators would theoretically mean enough scrotal fortitude to filibuster if some equivalent of Lynn Stewart or Bernadine Dohrn were nominated, but the dangerously naive like McCain and Graham, the RINOs like Murkowski and Collins (being kind on Collins, she comes close to Snowe territory) or willing Dem moles like Snowe might make a show of a ‘nay’ on the final vote but will not let a filibuster stand. If the GOP is still in the minority, Snowe will stay where she can do the most damage, in the GOP.
So Stevens can wait until 2012, if he chooses. Ditto Ginsburg.
I think I mentioned I heard some conservative con law professor on Hewitt who watches the Court theorize that The Wise Latina is so hard core leftie, she seems to have pushed the coin-flip Kennedy closer to the conservatives. I guess we’ll see when the AGs hell care suit gets to SCOTUS. Another flaming lib with poor people skills chosen only for gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation might push him even further away.
Hillary was wise to push Ginsburg, it seems. I faxed Dr. Coburn, one of the few Senators who seemed to seriously try to kill Hell Care in the Senate months ago that he should form an exploratory committee.

Unlike a Town Hall meeting where we get to speak to our Representatives for free, the cost to attend this event with Nancy Pelosi is $20 for Commonwealth Club members and $35 for members. But the event is open to the public.

Not quite. I think the odds are high there is nothing about his birth he needs to cover up. It’s something else.
So he lets the birth issue boil until nicely done, and then he reveals what a bunch of crackpots all of the people who’ve questioned his background are.
That way whatever it is in his background he’s really covering up will stay hidden forever.
My guess is he was an outright Marxist in college, and he needs to keep any evidence of that sealed tight. If we read anything of what he wrote back then, most Americans would be horrified to discover he really is comfortable with the thinking of the likes of Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright.

Undoubtedly Obama is ineligible because he isn’t, per the Constitution, a natural born citizen. That one is easy to see, but hard to get across to the masses. Ineligibility number two is that he was born in Kenya. There is plenty of evidence that he was born in Kenya, but no proof. No proof that he was born in Hawaii, other than the certifiably bogus COLB. Ineligibility number two is why the real birth certificate and long-list of other records, school records, passport records, etc., etc., are kept sealed. Ineligibility number two, “born in Kenya” is easier for the average person to understand than is Obama not being a natural born citizen because his father was never a U.S. citizen.
The third possible ineligibility deals with his adoption and time in Indonesia, it requires the study of various international laws in effect in 1961, and has merit, but explaining that one to the average Wal-Mart shopper is going to be a tough sell, to say the least.
But most of the media says he’s eligible, it’s a done deal and they are not going to discuss it. There is a very good reason why they do not discuss it. Shining a light on the eligibility issue is very bad for Obama and his enablers.

How anyone, at this point could believe that this doesn’t need a full-scale independent investigation escapes me.
