Instead, the thin-skinned commander-in-chief snarked: “I’m sorry, do you want to come up here?”

Why is the President so intolerant? Could it be that he has repressed hate?
Just wait until the election this year. The Democrats will get creamed, and people will (rightfully) pin the blame on Obama.

Privately I think Jimmy Carter is enjoying this, since he will no longer be regarded as the worst President of all time.

then I foresee thousands of straight soldiers having to go through hours of “sensitivity” training that has nothing to do with combat readiness… but everything to do with how to handle one’s self if confronted with gay service members openly flaunting their gayness… which, of course, is bound to happen. Gays openly flaunt their devious lifestyles in their little parades of pride. Who’s to say they won’t do the same once they are given permission to by Obama?
Next, the gay hecklers will equate his snippiness with “gay-bashing” and imply that it is due to BHO’s own repressed tendencies…

Sooner or later this “thin-skined, empty-suit” will explode in a very public manner. Once he does and the media can no longer cover him, tapes (ala Nixon) will hit the airwaves too. It will unravel for all of them.
I watched the video, and I have a few observations:
1) He started out looking very cheerful. But his smile was gone within 1 minute, and by the end he looked like he was ready to call in the army. Imagine how he would have reacted faced with people that actually disagree with him!
2) He was trying to talk about as many leftist issues as possible, including agreeing with the hecklers, but the hecklers apparently didn’t want to A) Hear about anything other than them, and B) They wanted it Right. F’n. Now. I got the feeling that the only way they would have been happy is if he pulled out a pen and signed such a law right on the spot. Then they would have been happy until the end of his speech… maybe. Talk about narcissism!
Obama might not have been thin skinned in this case. He knows that he can treat gays any way he wants to. They will vote Dem regardless . For a community claiming to be “diverse”, they are extremely uniform and predictable when it comes to politics. (They also discourage thinking for yourself if you disagree with them. That’s why I avoid the large broodish lesbians.)
I think it just goes to the point that Urkelmao really does have sinister plans for the future and he most certainly has a personality disorder.

Note how President Obama goes over to ask Senator Boxer a question, and says that Senator Boxer never voted for Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell.
Well, it turns out that NO Senator ever voted for Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell, because the policy was put in place by then-President, Bill Clinton, as a military directive.
It could be recinded, just as quickly, by the current President, Barack Obama. But Obama punts to the Congress because he thinks he can score a couple of cheap points by having Congress debate the matter.
Obama could have eliminated DA/DT in the limo on the way back from the Capitol on January 21, 2009. The fact that the policy has been in effect for one day beyond that is his direct responsibility.

My patient’s husband is retiring from the USMC after 24 years of service. He has a good sense of humor. He has an interesting perspective of Obama resending the “Don’t ask and don’t tell” policy.
He said “When I joined homosexuality was illegal. After a few years,it became optional. I’m getting out before it becomes mandatory.”
