Longtime readers will remember that in 2006 and 2007, I provided extensive coverage of the open-borders radicals who didn’t just push for amnesty, but revealed their anti-American, anti-sovereignty, anti-police, pro-Che colors in all their fury. Some of those posts went viral and this one of the American flag desecration at Montebello High School still shows up in my e-mail box.
Over the weekend, the open-borders extremists returned to the streets. But you won’t see CNN and MSNBC hunting them down Susan Roesgen-style and decrying these fringe wackos.
Since they are back, I am back — doing the job the amnesty-sympathizers won’t do for fear of being labeled RAAAAAAACIST. Behold:

Vandalism at the capitol in Arizona:
The Arizona State Capitol has been the scene of many protests over the past few days. Now it’s the scene of vandalism.
Crews came in Monday morning and cleaned up refried beans that someone smeared over windows including Swastikas left on some House and Senate windows.
Capitol police think the vandalism occurred overnight Monday.

A couple of Border Patrol officers of many years of service enter a home depot parking lot. Suddenly an individual emits a piercing scream. The scream is repeated and becomes louder and more panicked at each repetition. The scream sounds like ” LA MIGRA …LA MIGRA…DIOS MIO … SUSTANTIVO PRISA…LA MIGRA!” The two border patrol officers look at each other in puzzlement as 63 individuals, as if on cue, turn and run as they approach.
Officer number one looks at officer number two and says to him ” Gee I wonder what that was all about. Do you think we should investigate further?”
I’m for pushing the border past Jalisco. They want to be Americans, so be it.

So, they admit that “a path to legalization” is required, becuase they are ILLEGAL right now.

I love legal immigrants. I welcome them with open arms to the USA melting pot.
But ILLEGAL ALIENS who are quite literally invading our country, and occupying it for another country’s gain, need to be treated as the enemies that they are. They do not support the rule of law or our Constitution. They actively seek to destroy both.
They are no more welcome here than Osama Bin Laden.
I don’t like those who break the law.
I don’t like those who actively work to subvert the law.
I don’t like Communists.
And some of the people shown in the pictures and video above are a combination of all three.
They are enemies of our laws and our Constitution, and they must be treated as such.
Democrats are so desperate to hold power that they’ll need every south of the border vote they can
getcheat with. Still, I doubt it will be enough.I hope he does. They will be on our side! And they can deploy on our southern border too.

First, they’re not “communists”.
These people are “opportunists”. They obey no government authority in their lives. They refuse to respect the property rights of others. They are clearly breaking the laws of this country and should be removed post haste.
Second, This isn’t a “hate” matter. This isn’t a “racial” issue. This is an unarmed and armed invasion of our southern border.
I was asked over the weekend, because of the proximity of my home to AZ (5 miles away) and to the US border (80 miles south) what the new AZ law meant. I said “It’s simple, if you’re legally-allowed to be in this country then you’re not legally-allowed to be in Arizona. You ARE required to be a citizen or a guest worker, or student, by our Federal Gov’t. Required by the SAME PEOPLE Obama’s now asking to invalidate the new AZ law before it even takes effect.
Trampling of States’ Rights? Naw, a former Constitutional-lawyer would NEVER do that, right? This is a very well-written law, and I think it actually WILL stand up in court. A State has the right to insist that its residents be citizens (or have some sort reasonable documentation). If not, then our immigration enforcement is already a sham system which really does nothing to enforce anything at all!
I will gladly welcome any and all legal immigrants to the US. Come in, make yourself at home and stay a while. To everyone else who feels they can just traipse in and squat whereever they damn well want, be glad it’s the police picking you up and deporting you, and not some angry vigilante citizenship mob.
If your own country is a third-world hell-hole that even Satan himself wouldn’t want to visit, get off your collective butts and do something about that! The easiest route in your uninspired lives no longer runs through Arizona!
I forgot to add that the “opportunists” are only in this in order to make a buck off the merchandise. How much do the people make selling Mexican flags, crappy shirts or hats or buttons, or whatever these protesters can afford. Come to our rally, buy our merchandise, protest like crazy because we really don’t care; we’re already US citizens.
These people aren’t even worthy of the tag “communist”! They’re merely reacting like a herd of brainless cattle to the stampede of the rustlers. And Obama, God-bless his US-hating sould, is not helping by calling out “black and latino voters and youth”. You want a race war? Go ahead and make the liberal Democratic Party into an ultra-left-wing movement associated with people of color who revere Che. That’s the way you manufacture a crisis in a Republic!
And who said “No crisis should be wasted”?

After thinking about it, I’ve come to the conclusion that ‘Bambi is in the menopause faze of his administration.
He pitches fits, gets grumpy, cries out when no one understands him, throws his insane ideas out and insists they’re going to make things better. Hates men (especially white ones), hates kids (mostly the unborn), has a problem with everything in his life unless he gets his own way. Starts fights with friends, then blames them. His family members (all the yes men in his little enterage) tiptoe around him and pretends everything is alright, just don’t upset him.

Illegal immigrants make up 19 percent of those convicted of crimes in Maricopa County and 21 percent of those in county jails.

It is estimated that each violent crime cost citizens $20,000, and each property crime cost citizens $4363 per offense.
Did anybody notice how over a million people on 9/12 hardly got any press, yet a few thousand protesting the AZ law and it’s all the alphabet channels can talk about?
Just like Grijalva calling for a boycott of the state he represents. How ridiculous is that? People should start the boycott in his district and continue it until he’s voted out in November.
Questions for illegal apologists
Why does The National Council of the Race (la raza in spanish) and the Chamber of Commerce get to negotiate a “Comprehensive Shafting of The American Citizens” behind closed doors? Since when does an organization representing foreign nationals breaking our laws get to rewrite our immigration laws to suit the lawbreakers? Isn’t this akin to allowing NAMBLA to rewrite our laws regarding child predators? Or allowing organized crime syndicates to rewrite racketeering, gambling, prostitution, and extortion laws? We The People are being told by our representatives that we should sit down and shut up while they invite in the entire world. We The People should get some say in this matter. Another amnesty will set off a stampede like we have never seen before. There is not much time to save our country. All the money and power are on the side of shoving this amnesty down our throats. We must keep the volume growing, they still cannot or will not hear us. We must remove from office all those who surrender to the demands of the cheap labor/illegal alien lobby.

I hope blacks in LA remember why those $19/hr union dry wall jobs they used to have a lock on are now paying only $4-5/hr with nary a black to found.
I hope all of those Mexicans who went through the trouble and expense of getting their green cards hoping to be legal Americans remember that as difficult as their situation used to be, they now have to compete with some of the world’s most desperately poor people for low-level jobs that paid too little even before the illegals took them away.
How can ANY American be supporting Sharpton, La Raza or any of the rest of the thugs who mean to make their desperate lives even more desperate?
Not just in LA. Here in VA, thousands of miles from the border, all the construction jobs, 100% of them, are taken by hispanic people. All the restaurants are about 75% hispanic. I went to a Wendy’s about a year ago, and the guy taking my order could not understand me. He spoke no English at all, and he’s behind the counter. The manager (who was bilingual) had to intervene. I haven’t been to Wendy’s since. I used to love Wendy’s.

Several years ago my sister and her husband were mentioned in a news article titled “OOPS, Wrong Store“. That Wise Latina and her husband never bought into the “just give them the money”. Although we shall never know I do wonder if in their last few minutes those two young “undocumented guest robbers” were thinking: Gee, I wish I had stayed in Mexico.

Regretably, part of the problem can also be traced to work ethic as well as illegals undercutting reasonable wages and bilingualism.
The hispanics are willing to work because they desperately need the money. And in growing hispanic communities not encouraged to learn and use english, bilingualism (almost always spanish in Southern California, but differs nationally depending on the particular immigrant community) reigns and local job seekers are turned away if they aren’t fluent in the local immigrant language as businesses cater to such speakers.
Also, too many of our citizens want to work on their own terms, if they want to work at all. As long as some people can get by leaching off parents, girl friends and boy friends, and government non-working benefits, and do as well as working even part time, why bother to work yourself for the low pay some employers can get away with offering?

If those hard-working Mexicans were here legally and the border was secured, they would be making a living wage. As it stands, all they are doing are undercutting poor legal immigrants by forcing them to compete at a disadvantage against poorer and more desperate Mexicans.
Remember that while we are at 12% or so unemployment, illegals are at near full employment.
And don’t forget, Obama famously said “police were ‘stupid’ to arrest professor Gates.”
The president should just invite Arizona’s voters, law makers and Gov. Brewer to the White House for a Dos Equis or two. If he just explained the situation to them a little better, I’m sure he could show them the error of their way.

I hope the govenor starts getting some support in the way of push back towards these pro-illegals. All I’ve been hearing and seeing are those who oppose this legislation and nothing from those who support it. That’s what got us in this mess in the first place. The brave souls that finally decide to do something need our total support.

Forty years ago I met my future Compadre (best man in Espanol) when we were both Army privates. His good LEGAL IMMIGRANT family “adopted” this skinny Gringo as a brother–fine people.

A year later we attended the wedding of one of his girl cousins in Chihuahua City, Chihuahua, Mexico. A real nice event–and his El Paso family took a lot of U.S. clothing, food, a small radio, etc. to one of the poorer older family members. My Compadre slipped a $20 bill to the Mexican Aduanale (border inspector) to look the other way when we passed their checkpoint South of Juarez.

He explained that these items cost much more in Mexico and that the older couple lived in extreme poverty and could not afford anything. We dropped off the items in their one room adobe house. My Compadre and his family also sent money to them for medicines, food, and other items. Their family was the only “social net” for this couple.

On the way back my Compadre said, “I wish that during the Mexican-American war the border had been placed South of Chihuahua City–my family would have had far better lives in the U.S.A. Most people in the U.S. do not realize what a fine country God has given us!”

mexico issues travel warning to AZ…what a bunch of loons…if they would obey the law then they wouldn’t be here they’d still be in their home countries and we wouldn’t have the problem. Gee we shouldn’t bother those mexican citizens…they are just visiting…visiting for years…visitors leave at some point don’t they??
The travel alert from the Foreign Relations Department urges Mexicans in Arizona to “act with prudence and respect the framework of local laws.”
It says that the law’s passage shows “an adverse political atmosphere for migrant communities and for all Mexican visitors.”
It says that once the law takes effect, foreigners can be detained if they fail to carry immigration documents. While enforcement details are not yet clear, the alert says “it should be assumed that any Mexican citizen could be bothered and questioned for no other reason at any moment.”
Well that would be a welcome change now wouldn’t it.
When we have garage sales, and go to other garage sales in the summer, there are Mexicans (legal) who are buying clothes for los ninos in Mexico. There’s very few places that their relatives can go in Mexico to buy nice clothing at a really cheap price. We put out bags (from grocery stores) and tell them that they can have all they can stuff into it for $1. They are so grateful.
I would like to remind people that the reason AZ is the entry point of choice for illegals is because our Congressman Duncan Hunter saw to it that an effective border fence be built south of San Diego. It isn’t perfect but it did succeed in deflecting the problem over to AZ.
Hopefully,this will further further push the problem eastward into NM and TX. They are the two weakest border points at the moment. Are you guys planning to join us?
Your call legend. The Tea Party Express Tour III ended in Washington April 15, and there doesn’t seem to be any further tours planned in the near future. Tea Party Patriots is a solid group that a lot of folks here like. Then there’s Tea Party Nation, Teaparty.org, etc, etc. The “Tea Party” movement is not a specific organization per se, and I suspect at least some of these Tea Party organizations are merely cashing in on the trendiness of it. Lot’s of Tea Party paraphernalia for sale – for a price – and numerous requests for support.
Personally I favor focusing my limited resources on specific conservative candidates that have a good shot at unseating librocrats. It just depends where you think you’ll get more bang for your buck. Can be a tough call.

Funny thing I’ve noticed in my area. In the last couple of years, all of the Hispanics working in restaurants & other places have all been replaced by Gringos. It is noticeable.
BTW, where I live you can’t apply for a county job unless you are Bi-Lingual. That is because there are plenty of doc/un-doc workers. If you learn a second language, you can have your pick of good jobs. Me, I’m out of luck.

I’m hoping that those “bicycle ranch cowboys” from TX who keep dumping on CA on these threads note that Hunter is a conservative Republican California Congressman. Like you noted, we DID have a choice in 2008 but we don’t have a Republican party here in CA, just Republicans who are among the most conservative in the country.
If Texas is so conservative and we Californians are such liberal a-holes, why can’t Texas do better than give us an endless stream of RINOs like the various Bushes, Rick Perry, KB Hutchinson? The big globalist money that keeps funding these RINO is headquartered in Houston, not LA or San Francisco.

We the People of the United States of America have the right to have our borders and our laws respected and enforced.
If we wish to keep our representative Republic, and our rule of law, we must elect a President who WILL secure the borders and enforce the laws. The current resident will not. The actions of the next President will determine the fate of this great nation. If citizenship becomes meaningless, this will no longer be the United States of America.
The primary responsibility of the U.S. government is to protect the territorial integrity and people of this country. They have completely abdicated this responsibility. Both parties have been complicit in this. We are being told it is not possible to control our borders, enforce our laws, and thereby control our destiny as a nation. Hogwash. We are being sold out by corporations intent on importing workers for jobs that can’t be exported with the taxpayers paying the true costs, financial and human. If we act like sheep and don’t stop the inundation across our borders, we will lose our country without a bleat.
As far back as old TV shows I recall like “Highway Patrol” and “77 Sunset Strip” and countless others where a cop briefly pulling you over to randomly check your license was a ho-hum routine. How far paranoia has come!

His challenge, if it comes, will prove amusing. Last night I saw an interview with the man who wrote the law. He said the law was crafted very carefully so that it matched the federal statues exactly.
If it’s upheld, the question can be asked of Holder, since the statue is appropriate, why are you, as AG, not enforcing the law?

The entire DOJ premise that the new AZ law is abusive requires that you first assume that the AZ police are as corrupt as the DOJ. Even FOX News is waging a campaign of innuendo on this issue. Just listen to Shepard Smith accentuating his words in a way to imply that there is something deeply sinister to the law. It’s all about style, not substance.
Ignore the actual violence that open-borders zealots have unleashed from the start and threaten to spread while suggesting over and over again that the Tea Party movement could lead to violence without citing any evidence.
FOX News is a full-fledged participant in this establishment fraud.
Shepard Smith is a liberal. He thinks he’s doing fair reporting but in all honesty, his liberal political views are what’s obvious.
I agree with your comment Pasadena about Fox News that’s why my previous comment that we have heard nothing from those networks that propose to be fair and balanced about the support this legislation is getting thereby causing me to think there hasn’t been any support.
That’s why I don’t buy into this panic about supporting the GOP this year even if the candidate is a Democrat (like we have here in CA) running in the wrong party. The complacent attitude about November being an automatic landslide for the GOP is threatening to undermine conservative gains because these think that all they have to do is coast into the elections and the RINOs will have dodged a bullet.
I have not forgotten how “open borders” Britt Hume and the entire Sunday morning panel were in 2006 and 2007. William Kristol continues to voice his support for the McCain-Kennedy-Bush amnesty bill.
Someone posted my attitude earlier and that is that I am going to take it candidate by candidate this year. If after the November elections, the same RINOs still control the GOP, I will be 3rd party, all the time.

And don’t forget Robert Gibbs’ comment that Congress refuses to act on immigration, as if the administration needs new laws to secure the border. And today, Bis Sis protests that her department doesn’t have the funds. They continue, both parties and the entire MSM, to hold us hostage to an amnesty bill.
They were assuming in 2006 that we had a short attention span and we would soon forget. They made the same mistake in 2007 and here it is 2010 and we have never been so energized as citizens and on such a broad scale to prevail on any issue in my lifetime, and that includes Vietnam.

After all, there is NEVER any violence, destruction, assault, cannibalism, vandalism, foul mouthed rants, bigotry, racism, hatred, and the like demonstraed by the left, eco terrorists, Muslims, homosexual extremists, or racist Hispanics, blacks, etc.
Even Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano, and President Obama have made it clear that those Bible reading, gun hugging, Constitution and Freedom Loving, Small Government loving, Veterans, Christians, Jews, Conservatives, Homeschooling, pro-life loving-supporting imbiciles are the problem, while the other side is loving, peaceful and non violent.
Even the MSM, e.g. MSNBC, CNN, NBC, CBS, etc., have made it clear.
Also, ignore all that violence and hatred that “appears” to be exhibited in reaction to Arizona’s self protection bill, and those acts which only “appear” to be perpetraed by extremist homosexual agenda and homosexual marriage pushers, and only appear to be exhibited by Muslims, anti-war activists, abortion activists, open borders, Hispanic-Latino illegal invader advocates, etc. It isn’t really happening. They are loving and peaceful. It is always the ones who aren’t racist, violent, or mean, such as the Tea Party demonstrators, the Pro-lifers, the Pro-Real Marriage supporters, etc., who are the nasty ones.

I was thinking about the Phoenix Mayor’s comments last night. Because he and the people you mentioned Phil, have all failed to enforce existing laws, the situation has deteriorated to the point where there are two real options:
1) Start enforcing the laws vigorously now.
2) Wait a while longer and have no choice but to invoke martial law, because the cartels and criminals will break down civil order to the point where the rest of us invoke our right to self defense start shooting back.
It’s just like a FRAM oil filter.
I just had a conversation about that Phoenix mayor. I maintain that these open-borders protests are being staged by the drug cartels (just look at the pictures) and are intended to cow the Mexican community. La Raza and the reconquistas are essentially the brown shirts for the drug cartels.
On a similar vein, it is impossible not to conclude that the drug cartels have made major inroads in paying off our own politicians which would go a long way to explain the Phoenix mayor and the fact that the feds don’t seem to care that the Mexican “military” is not shy in violating our borders. I wish someone would ask the Phoenix mayor and other politicians how much money they are getting from the drug cartels. What other explanation is there?
I am positive that the average legal Mexican in America wants protection from the illegals and all the problems they bring with them.
