Please, no politicians at Tea Party events. It’s not about being forced to listen to their lies, it’s about getting them to listen to us.

I have to agree with Pasadena Phil here. If the politicians are going to show up, allow them to come as observers and listeners. If they wish to speak to us, there are plenty of forums for them to do so. This really should be about them listening to us. However, as for standing for and with Arizona, I think a lot of states are going to need all of the help that they can get before too long.

The inter-galactic hypocrisy and opportunism of the Open Borders Crowd is beyond belief.

They damn well close and lock the doors in their houses when they go to sleep at night, yet it is that exact same right they would deny to the entire country.

The next Revolution/Civil-War is now cast in stone; it’s merely a matter of when.

Off topic but BP and the Government have delayed testing on the new cap that could very well stop the leak (as well as drilling for the new relief well):

Wells said that it was the government’s call late Tuesday to re-evaluate plans for testing the new cap, and that plans were on hold for at least 24 hours. Federal officials and the company will re-evaluate the best path forward after that time period.

But he did not commit with certainty to going forward with the testing, which would shut off the leak by closing valves on the cap and watching to see if it could hold the pressure from oil and gas in the well. Wells suggested other oil collection options might be redeployed.

Sounds to me obmaa feels he needs the leak to get Cap and Tax to pass. You know kinda like when Obama told Sen Kyl that he would not secure the border until after Amnsety is passed.

He is TEH WON and could make it so – Step right in and pay a nominal fee, and voila! Welcome to your new home – YOU are now a citizen of the USA with all privileges and more! Including lifetime taxpayer paid benefits, automatic membership in the Democrat Party and SEIU in a low wage job with automatic deduction for union dues, and for the deluxe US citizenship (for a slightly higher nominal fee) a better paying government job guaranteed for you and an easy path for ALL your relatives (and all of theirs), no matter how distant, to follow you in becoming future citizens too!

    Oh this is too funny:

If not for an elusive, antelope-like creature in the Arizona desert, the Department of Homeland Security might have a much easier time cracking down on illegal immigration in hotbeds along the border.

The Sonoran Pronghorn, which roams in Arizona, is an endangered species on the verge of extinction. As a result, environmentalists and governmental stewards have been repeatedly blocking Customs and Border Protection from expanding border technology in their habitat — despite complaints that illegal immigrants are taking advantage of the security gap and doing plenty of harm to the environment in the process.

So now Obama is blamming an animal on the endangered species list for the border securtiy issue….I’ll bet the animal rights activists are just thrilled about Obama singling out this animal as the cause of our illegal immigration security problem…lol

The left would not be able to get its collective head around the section of Latinos who want to push the border north and east and retake the SW for Mexico are going to do so regardless of who is in power. The left shows the same internal confusion when Islamics STILL want to attack the US even though Obama is in power.

The motivation of these Hispanic open border types is not in anyway about how immigrants are treated or who is in power in the US. They have one drive, one motivation. To retake what they think was stolen from them by a colonial empire, the US.

The idea that if the US treats immigrants as the left wants, that would solve all our problems is the same mistaken belief seen in the belief in the middle-east that if Israel would just give in, there’d be peace.

We need to protect our country’s border from invasion not because we’re mean spirited bigots. But because the folks who are assaulting our border, they are serious and are militant.

I’ve heard rumors that for the past decade gangbangers (and lately homegrown jihadists) have been deliberately joining up in the military to obtain and hone the very skills and experience necessary for more effective gangbanging and for the expected urban warfare coming to cities nationwide.

I hope someone here can reasonably dispel such rumors.

Not rumors it is the truth. The military has gotten better at figuring out who the gan bangers are before they join and to an extent after they join. I was in a briefing about this subject back in 2005 in which this was discussed and some of the signs to look for as well as some of the casses that had been prosecuted at my duty station (i was a mechanic in an MP unit and all NCO’s were required to go to this briefing as part of our monthly NCOPDP).

One case involved a soldier who was assigned to an SF unit as their weapons sgt who was running drugs and guns back and froth between the training grounds on the Eastern side of the state to the Western side of the state where he was stationed. He transported these items within the military convoy. CID finally caught him, but you can only imagine how much of his supplies got to their destination.

I’m sure the Pentagon has been keeping mum about such experiences…and for this instance, abetted by the illegal alien, gangsta, and jihadist loving State Run Media. Can’t have stories like that to spook the general public and make it less sympathetic, or downright hostile to these groups.

LOL…talk about a liberal dilema…do they protect the ponghorn or the illegal alien…I love it when something like this comes along. The reaction of the liberals wringing thier hands while they twist about in each direction trying to figure out which is more important to them (that day) is quite entertaining to watch.

Well, pronghorns can’t vote, at least in huge numbers, nor do they demand and use taxpayer funded services (themselves, anyhow, in any meaningul way), nor do they do the jobs Americans won’t do. So, which gets priority for protection? Hmmm.

You are thinking too logical. You forgot that liberals have other things to look at.
