    The fishermen will be OK. I read today that they’re already have a hard time finding oil to skim. Tourism will be OK too. It may be a bad year, but everything will return to normal.

    The people I worry about are the oil workers. The political hacks in D.C. are using the spill for political purposes. Rigs have already left the area because the owners don’t trust Obama and who could blame them?

    We may have to wait until ’12 before we can fix that problem.

    Listening to Rush Limbaugh; he said the estimates of how much oil is in the Gulf is comparable to a 24 ounce can of beer being spilled in the Dallas Cowboys’ stadium.

    That is recoverable; increased energy costs and tens of thousands of jobs lost will do more to damage the fishing/tourism industries.

    Yeah, pretty much. This is what my husband calls “legal positivism” – for the left, laws mean what they want them to mean. Any ruling or interpretation they do not like will be ignored.

    That’s why the left was all up in arms over the 10th Amendment regarding Obamacare, but recently applauded court overturning DOMA because it violated “state’s rights”…
