My personal favorite is from the author of What Liberal Media? The book, according to Amazon, is “Journalist Eric Alterman’s refutation of widely flung charges of left-wing bias.”
Mr. Alterman’s response on election night 2008: “F—ing Nascar retards…”
What liberal media?
I’ll at least give a few of these folks credit for confining their full release to a message board and not doing it right there on national television like much of the mainstream media did on election night of 2008 and beyond.

As reported in the Daily Caller, Sarah Spitz, producer of the KCRW public radio program “Left, Right and Center,” which is heard on a number of NPR stations across the country, wrote on JournoList that if she witnessed Limbaugh dying of a heart attack, she would “laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out.”
And they wonder why conservatives don’t want the left in charge of health care?

Preaching to the choir, of course. But it is enlightening that they’re so open about it.
Wow, just wow. They really did embarass themselves.
I hope they enjoyed their big O’s while they could, ’cause they’re about to get some cold water thrown on them in November and then in 2012.
Given President Obama’s current approval ratings, he has lost a lot of his, er, potency.
It was said then, and it’s true now: let the inmates run the asylum and maybe people will see… Basically looking for Reagan after another Carter.
My problems with Obama are well documented.
My fears, however, are more with the Republicans. Still mostly RINO, led by an ineffective RINO (although I agree with his Afghanistan opinions). Where is the 2012 “Reagan?”
Romney? Don’t make me laugh. The original ObamaCare is too damning to ignore.
Gingrich? Master-RINO, but still RINO. He triangulates better than anyone this side of Bubba Clinton, but that’s hardly what we need.
We are in a lot of trouble here. Carter without a Reagan running against him is a recipe for Disaster.
Palin? I don’t see it.

Nothing new here; these are the same kind of people who publicly wished Rush’s kidneys would fail and that Clarence Thomas would die young from an unhealthy diet.
But, remember, it is REPUBLICANS (according to the psychotic Alan Grayson) who want people who get sick to “die quickly”.
This group is too juvenile for words. They have more giggles than a slumber party. Every day reveals more about the extent of the media stupidity. Do they try had to be this stupid or does it come naturally?

As Rush said, if there’s anyone there who thinks they’re not smart enough or unbiased enough to be a “journalist”, this proves that ANYBODY can do it.

I have often wondered why no Repubs did not stand up to that rant, at least in the news, and ask for the PROOF. What is wrong with the R’s? Don’t they have the ba!!s to speak out?
We are $crew3d if we don’t get someone quickly. I think maybe every R politician has some dark secret that makes them a target for blackmail.

In many (most) cases, I would absolutely agree. But some things don’t even deserve to be dignified with any kind of reply. I mean, such an absurd statement on its face shouldn’t even need to be argued with.

NO these journalists aren’t biased, they would have to move miles to the right just to be biased. They are Goerbels propoganda machine for the democrat/socialist/communist/progressive party.

Look at Steele. What a joke. I had happened to have come across his interview on CNN one night when he just nodded his head in agreement with Hugely who was cutting down the Repubs and conservatives. What a loser. Not sure who would fill the bill…

I can see your point that we need to be more vocal in defending ourselves against all untrue, ad hominem attacks, as ridiculous as it may seem that anyone should have to SAY that Republicans don’t want people to die.
Meanwhile, Obama and the current Congress’s approval remains in the toilet – that gives me a happy.
And while everyone is figuring out there is no journalists left in America anymore, the same can easily be said about polls. Push polling the Democrats into office is one of the last refuges of these scoundrels, designed to effect turnout.
I say if the person doesn’t want to say upfront who they will vote for, they are not worth watching or reading.

The connotation of liberal should equal that of racist, its the same bias, its the same frothing at the mouth hate, its the same determination to subjugate and enslave, no matter the harm caused.

I have just read several posts about the recent NAACP firing and how Sherod was a victim….The posts sound so similar that it would be credible that this is another line being pushed by liberal “journolists”. Seriously, this woman delivered a vile hate filled speech at a recent NAACP meeting and was greeted with nods and approval. What is her saving grace? That she is no longer only a racist, but that she now fans the fires of class warfare? This is the last person I would want in any sort of governing role.
The bigger story here though is not Sherod and her dim-witted rantings. It is the fact that the same conspirators that distorted news stories during the 2008 campaign and seriously damaged this nation, are still at it. And when it comes to the Sherod story, they are out in full force.

Thanks for the link nail49. I started getting suspicious yesterday when some conservative bloggers were starting to criticize Breitbart and the “she’s a victim” shakedown started to play out. To his credit, Mark Levin wasn’t buying into it.
When I saw how much her Wikipedia page had been upgraded overnight, I realized they had made a huge mistake and actually provided too much info about her, allowing people to start digging into her background. Seems like there is a lot worth digging into. What were her qualifications at USDA and how did a new job “magically” appear for her to be offered.
One thing that really struck me is that massive amounts of reparations money is being paid out by the U.S. Government, in many guises, all under the name of social justice.
I totally want to know the whole story about her, including how her father died. Where and when did this happen? Can we access the newspaper archives and find out?

Saw that one of them, Todd Gitlin was professor for a sociology class I took at Berkeley. That was the class I almost got tarred and feathered for agitating the feminists.

The thing I am finding amusing is when I go to websites like Democratic Underground and do a search for “journolist”, there is very little. And what few there are have very few comments. Just following their normal actions of pretending a problem does not exist. LOL
