It is painfully clear from this latest clip of California Democrat Rep. Pete Stark at last weekend’s town hall that he has no idea what the hell E-Verify — the federal employer citizenship verification program — is. Nor does he seem to care what it is, as he smirks at his informed constituents and asserts that denying jobs to illegal aliens could be “unconstitutional.”

    And Mexican consulates have the authority to issue documentation to children born to Mexicans outside of Mexico, to confirm it.

    So according to Mexican law, every child born in the United States to a Mexican mother or Mexican father is a citizen of Mexico. And they can be deported without separating the illegal alien parents from their supposed “US citizen” anchor baby.

    Both our political elites and the government of Mexico are perpetuating a massive scam on the American people. If it is not halted,the demographics and culture of this country will be irreversibly changed; And us, the posterity of our founding fathers,will be dispossessed.

    I don’t doubt he is a legal citizen of the U.S. I understand his father couldn’t have duel citizenship at the time and I don’t know if one can now for that matter. His father was a British subject.
