Pete Stark Raving Mad: Denying illegal aliens jobs could be “unconstitutional”
It is painfully clear from this latest clip of California Democrat Rep. Pete Stark at last weekend’s town hall that he has no idea what the hell E-Verify — the federal employer citizenship verification program — is. Nor does he seem to care what it is, as he smirks at his informed constituents and asserts that denying jobs to illegal aliens could be “unconstitutional.”

Well, Yahoo now headlining a story about criminals using “dormant” SSN’s to obtain credit. This isn’t “new” but is making the news because *lenders* might be on the hook for major losses, and it’s doubtful the public has any more tolerance for more bank bailouts, where banks keep the profits and stick us with the losses.
“If people are obtaining enough credit by fraud, we’re back to another financial collapse,” said Linda Marshall, an assistant U.S. attorney in Kansas City. “We tend to talk about it as the next wave.”".
I’m surprised the FBI and US Attorney’s office is even interested in this issue — I mean, isn’t the default position of the DemonRat party to let illegal aliens enjoy the “American Dream”, no matter what the cost? After all, identity theft is no longer a real “crime” in the eyes of US courts if committed by illegal aliens. After all,no one is “harmed” — they’ll just stick the bill for the next “credit collapse” on the backs of our grandchildren — who will now themselves be unable to secure credit, since they have destroyed SSN’s corrupted by those same illegal aliens to achieve “the American Dream”.
See? It’s a win-win all round.

So according to Mexican law, every child born in the United States to a Mexican mother or Mexican father is a citizen of Mexico. And they can be deported without separating the illegal alien parents from their supposed “US citizen” anchor baby.

You know, I’ve said in the past that with these computerized voting machines, we could make voters take a test of basic civics before they are allowed to vote. For example, a couple questions about how many senators from each state and how long their terms are before the person can vote for senator. I still think it’s a good idea, but obviously, it needs to be expanded.
We need to give would-be candidates a test on basic constitutional knowledge before their names go on the ballot. (And the test should be even harder for incombents, quizzing them on laws they voted for while in office.)
Yeah, I’m pretty sure that Pete Stark has some sort of brain damage or other health issue going on.
