Summer of corruption: The enablers of Charlie Rangel, continued

By Michelle Malkin  •  August 11, 2010 05:05 PM

Continuing my series on the enablers of Charlie Rangel, look who’s standing with the Swamp Creature, via the NYPost:

Sen. Charles Schumer and Attorney General and Democratic gubernatorial nominee Andrew Cuomo will attend beleaguered Harlem Congressman Charles Rangel’s fundraising bash at The Plaza hotel tonight, sources said.

Schumer and Cuomo made the decision after ducking media inquiries for days about whether they would go or skip Rangel’s 80th birthday gala.

Both Schumer and Cuomo have scheduled speaking roles at the event.

If they are at a loss for speech topics, may I suggest reading aloud from the House Ethics panel statement of alleged violations in Rangel’s corruption case?

Both were worried about guilt by association and didn’t want to be investigated. Why isn’t Chuck-U Schumer in jail?

Schumer seems to be a safe bet for reelection so he can afford to be seen with Range.

Believe me, that is the only thing that matters to them…how they will be personally impacted by an appearance.

They can yuk it up at our expense now. And they can run from the fair and balanced media now.

But they can’t hide from the November 2010 and 2012 elections. REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER(S) and vote these crooked clowns into FUNEMPLOYMENT.
    ***
The socialist / marxist AMERICAN PRAVDA media and Holder’s DOJ will “cut a lot of slack” for Charlie Rangel now. Methinks that the Sarah’Cuda’s DOJ may not be as “user friendly” with these CorruptocRATs.

    Attorney General … Andrew Cuomo

Sure – doesn’t the Attorney General always hang out with corruptocrats? Isn’t that how we clean up the City?

    Dems at work.

If you want to see him run wind sprints, set up cameras on opposite sides of the room.

    The only thing I’d like to hear from the political supporters (the loquacious parrots) of Rangel is;

“If Charlie is corrupt, then so am I!”

We’ll never see that however, since birds of a feather flock together.

    Rangel broke two cardinal rules:

Birds don’t foul their own nests,” and, Don’t get caught!
