Campaign Gimmick of the Year
**Written by Doug Powers
Republican Marty Lamb is running for Congress in the 3rd Congressional District in Massachusetts, and his campaign mailer contains something most voters can use these days — A barf bag:

If this doesn’t work, the next logical step is toilet paper.

Perhaps we should save those for the Democrats – I’m hoping they’ll need them when Midterm results come in in November.
Wow, Marty this is golden! I hope you win your election.

Errah, I’ll take a gross! Do they come in a Contractor’s size??!!
Considering that Taxachusetts has Bawney Fwank as a life-long representative, I’m thankful that Lamb isn’t handing out Lambskins.
Love it!
Reminds me of the stickers I still have. You place them on the push-knobs of the electric hand dryers in public restrooms. Sticker says, “and now a word from congress”. Think I’m bring em out….

Sooooo who is this guy?
Via beforeitsnews: RINO Alert: Republican Marty Lamb’s Conversion to the GOP Last Fall
Seems he’s a real estate attorney, no political or leadership experience, switched to the GOP just last fall and has a record of supporting Dem candidates.
Is he the answer to the pukers in Congress or will he just become another one who “sucks less” than the dems? I guess I’d rather see substantive stuff than slick gimmicks – but I gues it got attention, so I could be wrong.
Whatever works.
They should be self sealing, and pre-addressed to the current member of Congress… postage paid.
A Massachusetts republican, not necessarily a conservative. Still, a vote against Pelosi for Speaker is worth something. I wish him well.
I’m thinking clothes pins for the noses of those of us voting for Chris Dudley for Oregon governor. Upside: he does seem to be a fiscal conservative. Downside: He’s pro-choice. He gives the usual “abortions should remain legal, but limited” waffle. Which makes me wonder: If abortions are morally neutral, why should they be limited? I’d like to see a true fiscal and ethical conservative on the left coast. I think I’ll be waiting a long time.
One of my favorite local radio hosts here in WA ST delivered a porta potty to Olympia back in Feb 11th of this year. It was in Response to the Democrats in Olympia voting to overturn an initiative (which ahs passed overhwhelmingly even in this liberal state)requiring the state legistlature to have a 2/3rds majority to raise taxes.
Dexter #12 – Best post on this topic!! Yes, and really mail it -heh.
Lets bet honest – ALL congrssional rhetoric is a gimmick these days

That “barf bag” is WAY TOO SMALL for me–I get really sick every time I get my next Comrade Obama (PBUH) speech or action. Not to mention his socialist / marxist / statist congressional ilk.
***
Can you order these in 55 gallon size? That should do for a week or so. The AMERICAN PRAVDA “news” makes me a lot sicker than the bad Army food did many years ago–at both ends.

WE HAVE A WINNER!
This is creative to say the least.
Don’t let the coolness of it all distract you from your responsibility to check his platform and track record.
Cool it indeed is!

Sorry, but I cannot spare a square!

If you live in Massachusetts, let us know who you think the best candidate is in this race.
You and Cheryl Crowe!

Good gommick, but does he really stand up for what he says he believes in, or is he another tell them what they want to hear, and do what is politically popular/expedient so as to get you re-elected.
Is that person related to Sheryl Crow? Sorry, being a wise a**. I like her music, but what a nutjob!
