First Rule of Obamacare Club Is: You Do Not Talk About Obamacare Club

First they had to pass it so we could find out what’s in it, and now they know what’s in it but they can’t talk about it:

The progressive coalition Health Care for America Now fought hard to pass health care reform. Now it’s fighting hard to help reelect lawmakers who voted for the bill — even if it means not talking about it.

While polls show that health reform has become slightly more popular since passage, it’s still a polarizing issue, particularly in districts where Republicans and conservative groups have bombarded voters with negative ads.

Now, HCAN’s field crews are finding that the best way to support reform-friendly lawmakers is to talk about something else: jobs, the economy or other issues likely to resonate more with voters.

Yeah, that’s a good idea — re-direct voters’ focus from the Health Care Bill to something more upbeat, like jobs, the economy and “Recovery Summer.”

That’s a little like punching a guy in the face and then trying to calm his anger by changing the subject and making him aware that you also slashed his tires and slept with his wife.

Well Mark Billings that is subbing for Rush today said that employers will be giving employees their new healthcare plans come Sept. or Oct. Now if these employees see how much this gosh horrible bill is going to slam them, maybe then these people will vote for someone who says they will do all they can to get rid of it! Not talking about this will not help one stinken bit!

There are so many people in my family whose idea of patriotism is that you shouldn’t criticize the president or his party’s policies, or they simply redirect the criticism at Republicans (because, everything that is wrong is THEIR fault). Telling them that these progressive despots are essentially punching them in the face, robbing them blind, and assuring a curse upon our land is like talking to a rock.

There are people who simply will NEVER get it. If the neo-feudalists get what they want (undisturbed rule over us forever), and their rule leads to the serfs (voters) dying in the streets, the serfs (voters) will die believing that it would have only been worse if republican entrepreneurs were in charge. Life in America will only get worse with the Democrat serfdom in place, but all that will ever matter is that their party is running it. Our heritage of freedom and liberty doesn’t matter a pot of beans.

Club nothwithstanding, yesterday Kathleen Sibelius called for a “re-education” of voters about Obamacare. Apparently, once they read the bill they realized that they were telling lies during the initial “education” phase. It is now time for a completely new set of lies.

Classes will be held at specially created re-education camps. Students will be referred to as “counter-revolutionaries”.

The new mandate under Obamacare is to ration healthcare in order to make sure that there are enough funds left over to pay the bureaucrats. Providing health care is wasting funds that could be better spent on the SEIU.

So sad so many Americans are so clueless about that. In the eyes of the ‘American’ elites (traitors), we serfs were choosing to spend too much of ‘the society’s’ resources on our medical care.

Now, with centralized control, the ‘society’ (our rulers) will gradually spend less and less of a percentage of the GDP on our medical care, meanwhile giving us care that is more and more shoddy. Exactly what happened in the UK.

They don’t like our freedom. They don’t like our choices.S they will decide.

And of course there will be death panels. Only an idiot could think otherwise. Sarah Palin is smarter than every single Democrat.

For many private businesses, October is the month when they roll out the 2011 Health Insurance Enrollments for their employees.

Many Insurers and employers have adjusted the offerings to reflect Obamacare’s rules: higher premiums, higher co-pays, higher deductibles, some employers opting to pay fines rather than providing coverage,…

The timing for this oncoming shock could not have been better: Just before the November election!

Pelosi was right for once. She told us that the Obamacare must be passed so we can find out what’s in it.

Find out, we will, in a month or two.

Also, she too will find out, in November, if people like the new Obamacare or not.

Wake up California! Health insurance premiums are about to go up in California.

California insurance regulators cleared the way Wednesday for Anthem Blue Cross to implement scaled-back rate hikes after a previous increase was canceled amid an uproar over its size.

Anthem said it intends to put the new rates — averaging 14% and as high as 20% — into effect Oct. 1 for nearly 800,000 individual California policyholders.

Regulators also allowed one of Anthem’s nonprofit competitors, Blue Shield of California, to move ahead with rate increases — averaging 19% and as high as 29% — for 250,000 individual policyholders.

A perfect illustration of why we need voter literacy and certification laws. You have to take a test before you can drive (a privilege, by the way), you should have to take a test before you can vote. Undoubtedly this would eliminate large numbers of Democrat serfs and would be impossible to implement but it is fun to dream. Millions of drone morons casting votes is toxic to a real democracy – a testimony to futility.

It is amazing isn’t it. I see examples of this every day and it scares me. People nowadays do not want to believe that they are wrong, that they might have made a mistake. Accountability and responsibility are dirty words. They have been replaced by “LA LA LA LA LA LA” with eyes shut and hands over ears.
