Yes, the left has found a way to play the Rush Limbaugh card in the Koran-burning case:
Terry Jones, the Florida pastor threatening to burn a Koran tomorrow on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, was a high school classmate of Rush Limbaugh.
…MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann was one of the first to call attention to the Limbaugh/Jones nexus when he posted news of it on Twitter overnight: ” ‘Rev.’ Terry Jones was classmate of none other than Rush Limbaugh (Cape Central class of ’69). Coincidence?”
Liberal rules of association:
1) It’s beyond the bounds to point out an intimate, 20-year relationship between Barack Obama and Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
2) It’s not only acceptable, but de rigeur, to hype Rush Limbaugh’s fellow high school alum.
As if you needed any more proof of the bankruptcy of the “news” media, this “story” is now the number one post on Memeorandum.

The MSM tend to have amnesia when it comes to the guilt by association friends like “Rev” Wright and those pesky U.S. Capitol bomber neigbhors (Ayers and Dorhn) the Obama’s hardly knew.
I am not surprised about this at all. When we come to accept that liberals are unintelligent hypocritical people, then things like this will just not surprise us. When you have not an ounce of dignity or morality, tactics like these do not bother you.

Rush has been all over this today on his radio show. He knows the is going to be put through the msm slime swamp just for having this guy in his school the same time he was there. BTW, Rush made a comment that this bho didn’t have his wedding ring on. Now politico sp mentions this. Maybe this bho eating ice cream, lobster, and celery has made him lose so much weight his ring doesn’t fit.

This latest nugget of nonsence is disappointing but not surprising. I can only assume that the standard for all 59-year olds is now to disclaim knowledge of any and all members of their high school graduating class, on penalty of stupidity by association with Mr. Jones. Cheesh.

Keith Olbermann was on the same debating team with Adolph Hitler — or maybe it was just someone in his high school whose father served in World War II and brought home a stamp with a picture of Hitler and Keith happened to see that stamp one day as it sat on the kitchen table of this other kid. Anyway, that certainly disqualifies him, among other things, from opening his mouth again and debating anyone, ever!

Public sentiment is hilarious on religious things. Muslims are supposed to be great and peaceful, yet the white House defends itself against the concept that he is a Muslim (because for some reason being Muslim would be bad). They have to continue repeating that Obama is a Christian, Obama is a Christian, Obama is a Christian. . . so that people won’t think he’s a Muslim (because that supposedly would be bad).
But if he WERE Muslim, wouldn’t that be the ultimate show of respect? Come on Obama, OWN it. America is a free nation that respects freedom of religion. There is no law prohibiting a Muslim from being President.

So, why is that Ayers sharing an office and tea time at the house with Obama is no big deal in the 1980s but in the 1960s Limbaugh must have influenced this pastor despite the fact that Limbaugh has denounced the burning of the Qu’ran numerous times on his show?
