‘One Nation’ Rally Greatly Resembled MLK’s ‘Dream Speech’ Crowd

“One Nation Working Together” would like to thank everybody who attended Saturday’s “trash-a-palooza” rally at the Lincoln Memorial.
What a scene it was:
That looks like a crowd similar to those who attended MLK’s “I have a dream” speech:
Look at the positioning of some of the people on the near-side of the reflecting pool in the “One Nation” picture vs. the MLK speech photo:
My God, do you know what this means? It means a lot of the same people who attended Dr. King’s speech “dream” speech were so moved by the goals and visions of the “One Nation” rally that they decided to show up and stand in the exact same positions they did in 1963! What a tribute! If that doesn’t give you a lump in your throat, nothing will.
Seriously, imagine the outrage if Glenn Beck used a shot of the MLK speech and even remotely implied it was taken at his 8/28 rally. He didn’t have to though — but I guess that’s the point.
“One Nation” used the same MLK photo to pitch their rally before it happened, but given the attendance fail, I can see why they didn’t feel the need to update it after the fact with a photo from the actual rally.
Update: If you click over to the One Nation site now, they’ve apparently switched the photo to one that looks to have been taken on Saturday instead of in 1963. Never underestimate the power of mockery.

Yep! The buildings just beyond the trees on the left side of the reflecting pool are no longer there. You don’t have to look at the position of people standing. This is an open and shut case… the photo is from many years ago.

If they spent more time coming up with good ideas and learned how to debate, then maybe libs wouldn’t have to have such elaborate method of covering their tracks and hiding their lies. No wonder libs have to resort to name calling and -ism cards being played. What a pathetic bunch of losers.
The sad thing is this… One Nation knows the photo was of the MLK gathering. One Nation knows that many people are going to know it was from the MLK gathering. But what One Nation also knows is that many of their brain dead followers are going to look at the photo and think “Wow, look at the crowd they had on October 2!” If One Nation changes the photo, it’s either going to be a close-up of attendees to camouflage the fact the crowd wasn’t that big, or they are going to use one from the Glenn Beck rally.
Well, maybe they’ll get better turn out at this concert…. I mean .. rally.
Like their governing style… libs hand out entitlements to the masses to get participation. In this case, a free concert.

Since the Left has so completely and throughly misrepresented everything that Martin Luther King said or stood for, it is throughly consistent for them to misrepresent a photograpgh of his “Dream Speech.”
Progressive history is either distorted or say in the case of black patriots from past incinerated in the Orwelian Memory Hole.

That website looks like a propagandists dream. Complete with some new version of the “American flag”. I wonder what that symbolizes.
And when looking at the photo… the first word that comes to mind is….. sparse. Look down-range…. Crowd is a bit thin that-a-ways…..
Nothing a little photo-shop can’t fix. Similar to missile launches. Pretty soon there will be identical groups of people scattered around the Mall.
Check out this photo comparison of the 8/28 vs. 10/2 rallies.
From the WWII Memorial, if the Lincoln Memorial is at the 12 o’clock position, look in the direction of 2 o’clock and look past the first group of trees. You see small openings in the tree cover between there and the lake. On 8/28, those areas were packed with people, and if it was packed there, you know it was packed all the way from there to the Lincoln Memorial.
The 10/2 picture shows an awful lot of green grass where the 8/28 picture shows people.
I don’t think it is any exaggeration to say that the 10/2 crowd was only 1 to 2% of the 8/28 crowd.
They had 1/100th the amount of people, but left 100 times the amount of garbage.
Yep, sparse is the first word I thought, but the next thing to come to mind was.. I only see one American flag in the whole crowd. It doesn’t surprise me, but look at any photos from the Glenn Beck rally and you’ll either see many flags and/or people wearing red, white, and blue.
Come on Doug, you should know better than that. These people had to stay there because they had no place else to go, because of racist Republicans blocking them from home ownership! Geesh, get it right next time!

On the fascist website, notice that they took the picture of the socialist rally at a low angle so the people in front will sort of hide the empty space at the back.
For the freedom rally, the photo was taken at a higher angle to actually show the number of people attending.
