The Left’s voter fraud whitewash

My column today builds on Monday’s voter fraud round-up and spotlights left-wing efforts to demonize citizen election watchdogs.
New developments since I filed the piece yesterday: Dingy Harry turns to election bribery. Guess who’s operating Las Vegas voting booths? Rhymes with S-E-I-U. Chicagoans are plagued by a botched vote-by-mail system. In Minnesota, charges are still rolling in from 2008 voter fraud cases. And, as I reported last night, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just undermined Arizona’s citizenship proof rules for voting — sabotaging efforts to ensure that only legal U.S. citizens vote in U.S. elections.

Denial isn’t just a river in Egypt. It’s the Democrats’ coping mechanism for midterm election voter fraud. Faced with multiple reports of early voting irregularities and election shenanigans across the country, left-wing groups are playing dumb, deaf and blind. Voter fraud? What voter fraud?
More cunningly, these organizations are seeking to marginalize complaints about election integrity by casting citizen watchdog efforts as racist “scare tactics.” Echoing President Obama’s message to the Democratic faithful on the campaign trail, they are accusing political opponents of suppressing the votes of minorities and the poor. On Tuesday, The New York Times quoted a liberal voting rights advocate, Wendy R. Weiser, wringing her hands over individual Americans taking clean elections seriously:
“Private efforts to police the polls create a real risk of vote suppression, regardless of their intent,” said Weiser, director of the Voting Rights and Elections Project at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University. “People need to know that any form of discrimination, intimidation or challenge to voters without adequate basis is illegal or improper.”
Weiser also turned up in a very similar story minimizing voter fraud and voter registration fraud that was published Tuesday by government-sponsored National Public Radio. The NPR report asserted that “most election experts” believe that fears of voter fraud are “overblown.” No word on how many “experts” they surveyed (besides Weiser) to report such a conclusion, which flies in the face of dozens of felony voter fraud convictions across the country over the past two election cycles — and that’s just among ACORN-tied cases.
Overblown?
In North Carolina and Nevada, early voters have encountered ballot machine glitches that favor Democrats in hotly contested races.
In Troy, N.Y., and Daytona Beach, Fla., police investigations into suspected absentee ballot fraud by elected government officials are underway.
In Harris County, Texas, the voter registrar admitted that 20 percent of voter registration forms submitted by liberal activist Houston Votes had problems. Election whistleblowers from True the Vote are now being investigated by the Obama Justice Department and have been slapped with an ethics complaint by the Texas Democratic Party and a left-wing billionaire George Soros-funded group called Texans for Public Justice.
In Yuma County, Ariz., election officials denied any fraud associated with thousands of requests for “permanent early voter list” status submitted en masse by open-borders group Mi Familia Vota (a social justice satellite group of the Service Employees International Union). But election officials admitted that some 6,000 out of 14,000 requests fielded by the Yuma County Recorder’s Office “were reviewed and rejected, under Arizona law, either due to the fact the request was a duplicate or the requestor was not eligible to vote in this election or within the jurisdiction.”
Liberals shrugged their shoulders at reports of illegal alien canvassers trolling for votes in Washington State. Never mind the radical goals spelled out by SEIU International Secretary-Treasurer and Mi Familia Vota founder Eliseo Medina, who views illegal alien amnesty as a powerful Democratic recruitment tool to capture millions of new progressive voters.
Funny. For the past two years, Democratic leaders have had nothing to say about the militant New Black Panther Party goons who took it upon themselves to police a Philadelphia voting booth in 2008 wielding billy clubs and shouting anti-white slurs to suppress votes. Now, they’re treating citizen election monitors as if they are the jack-booted thugs. When I lauded efforts like the Minnesota Majority, which is training volunteers to watch polls and report on voter fraud, liberal critics accused me this week of “fascism.”
Silence dissent. Criminalize watchdogs. Whitewash fraud. Discourage grassroots engagement. Deny, deny, deny. These are the signature tactics of the left in the age of Obama. On November 2, Americans get their chance to say: Enough.

And let us not forget the 9th Circuit Court’s contribution with the decision overturning the AZ proof of citizenship law. Hopefully that will be fast tracked for a full court review and if necessary, appeal to the Supreme Court.
Dems: What, me worry? The judges are on our side!
It is as if the government is deliberately campaigning for “loss of faith” in government. The democrats are openly cheating, and proud of it, the gop has nothing to say and will not defend against cheating? No one, in current government seems to think it a good idea that the People should have faith in their government? This is so big that it is unbelievable….so no problem?…..
We’re in big trouble, people.
Election fraud is the one issue that makes my blood boil, especially because of my pessimism.
As an election judge in 2004, I spoke
toat the rep from the Attorney General’s office . It was election night when the totals were being printed. I told him that pollwatchers asked me for blank ballot applications from the voter book, handled ballots, and “helped” folks place them in the voting machines.As I was explaining this to him, he just looked straight ahead without even acknowledging me. (He was like a guard at Buckingham Palace.) During the day, I couldn’t corrrect any of the problems because i was the only GOP judge at the station. The other 3 judges were related to the union boss whose office was also our polling place.
Bottom line, if the foxes are in charge of the hen house, if no public official will listen or pursue any voter fraud complaints,
What hope for us is there????
What really scares me is the aftermath of rigged elections. People may accept fraudulent results in a very close race as seen in Franken-Coleman, but not when the public sentiment is this strong.
Sort of makes you wonder how some of these races (NV) have gotten so close in the polls lately.
If the integrity of our elections is compromised, I hope The Left is ready for what lies at the end of that road.
I think the Left needs to be very, very, very, very, careful about what they are sowing. They may be horrified by the crop they will reap.
They need to be told that clearly and distinctly so they fully understand what destroying the election process is going to mean for them.
The Powers That Be tell us “little people” we have a chance every two years to make our voices heard at the ballot box. As small as that chance is I think it is really that small hope that we can actually change things every two years that keeps the lid from blowing off the pot. If even that small hope is shown to be a falsehood, well, what else is there?
Liberals lie and cheat. It is in their DNA. The ends justifies the means to them. Control is all they desire. Combine it with the so-called Americans who WANT to be controlled and you have a nasty enemy.
Look for more of these polling station problems to crop up all over the place.
Hmmmm… good point, with the way that Strickland has been slowly gaining on Kasich for Governor of Ohio, a recount series would hardly be a surprise.
We already know that the parties have funded their legal recount machines, so they are fueled-up and ready to roll.
It will be interesting to see if the recounts/challenges statistically favor the Democrats. After this election, there should be enough incidents to make a study worth paying attention to.
It seems that the more our illustrous government has done for election reform the more corruption we get. I would think that there is a lesson in this, but I doubt anybody will do anything about it. Today our whole damned government is a fraud. If something isn’t done soon, armed rebellion will be the only solution.
I don’t trust a single poll that I see and I certainly don’t trust election results. Like the outcome of putting someone like Franken in office through outright fraud. Why the people sit back and watch this doing nothing is beyond me.
This pot is boiling every so close to the point of overflowing. I fear for where we are headed. Our government is becoming more and more of a banana republic.

As with all other “-isms” that the left throw out at right-leaning and thinking Americans (most notably, “racism”), it is THEY who are guilty of that which they accuse us of. What is “fascist” about wanting big, intrusive government out of our lives, so that we can be freer, and living our lives closer to the way our founders had intended? What is “fascist” about insuring that United States CITIZENS are voting, and not just anybody within our borders who simply want to?
Naturally, the left project their own identity upon their enemies, because it is THEY who force their agendas upon us. They are the ones who force their economic policies upon the public–and if anyone doesn’t know, Fascism is a political agenda that forces an economic ideal upon the public, just as much as Communism does.
In many respects, our current system borrows aspects of fascist philosophy in terms of its similar corporatist perspective, and its focus on the collective and rejection of the individual. Who are more individualist than a conservative? Yet, WE are continually cast by the left as totalitarians and jack-booted thugs.
But like everything that they throw it as, it is simple projection. The tyrants scream “tyrant!,” and the MSM fall in line like the lap-dogs that they are.
So maybe there is a reason Nancy is so sure she won’t lose the House.
Let’s see, the GOP did nothing about an ineligible man being sworn in as President.
They’ve done nothing about the fraud in previous elections.
They don’t seem to be doing anything about the fraud in this election.
They’re too afraid of being called names to stand up for the citizens, the Constitution and the rule of law.

The Democrat’s have 100 percent adopted the Chicago machines corrupt practices because they know that America does not want their policies.

Obama may have his own Watergate waiting in the wings about to explode on the national scene, and if this is true impeachment may be right around the corner.
Obama’s Watergate? Who knows if this is true? I certainly do not, but it is worth investigating.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all if the Dems rigged some machines next Tuesday to erroneously vote Republican just so they can “discover” it and accuse us of trying to steal the election.
You actually think that they CARE? Anyone with a brain, and eyes to see and ears to hear can clearly ascertain the coming ruination of our republic, and its transformation into a serfdom. They do not care what becomes of our once-great country.
They want POWER. They want to rule. They are reaping a great expanse of land, populated by cattle who need them for their very survival, and who will do and say anything for them in order to survive.
They are agents of the evolution of our country from one of a land of rugged individualists, who value their freedom and liberty over ALL ELSE, to one of a mindless collective, which is desperately dependent upon the state. That is what they want, and that is what they will get, if we do not stop them.

I don’t think it’s just the name-calling, even though I agree with you.
But let’s not forget that there has been many years of tweaking the legal system — by Legislation and by activist judges — such that there are only a few remedies still available, and those are hardly able to be pursued.
Wouldn’t it be interesting if a state such as Nevada would take all the early/mail-in/drive-by ballots after the election, and run them through a fingerprint machine to see who’s prints are on these ballots. I see two cities renowned for their voter fraud, Chicago and Philadelphia have a scam on where they send out absentee ballots through the Dem committee, but get them returned to a post office box instead of the election headquarters. Doesn’t this make anyone question if they see the ballot and it doesn’t meet the dcc’s expectation, it is not forwarded to the election headquarters. This can’t be a legal valid vote, when these mailed out ballots get brought to the election headquarters by a dcc delivery boy. What’s to stop him from mixing in home grown ballots with the ballots sent by citizens. IF WE CAN’T BELIEVE IN OUR ELECTIONS, CAN ANARCHY BE FAR BEHIND?

Are these people so stupid as to ignore the fact that their criminality will destroy the confidence that American citizens have in our system of government? These unaddressed criminal behaviors on the part of activists, bureaucrats, and sympathetic politicians are classic triggers for social unrest and even, dare I say it, revolution.
We are in the midst of a soft coup initiated by our own government leaders. It doesn’t get much worse than this.

If we lose free elections, we lose everything. Anyone caught tampering with our election system needs to be arrested for TREASON. Because that is exactly what it is. If we don’t have free elections, we are dead as a country. How much more treasonous can it get? These a-holes MUST be stopped!! There should be signs up at every polling place cautioning voters to check and double-check their ballot to be sure they have been credited with voting who they actually voted for!! Most people don’t know this and probably can be fooled. We have to get the word out at the polls!! Perhaps we also could get some ads out on TV…to show during Dancing with the Stars and other shows we know the masses watch!

SEIU involved? Mandatory prison terms for all union officers. Treble damages – for every penny spent on electioneering and the value of the time donated to political causes. Civil servant? I once winced at stories like this as just election-day paranoia, but not anymore.

Even with independents like myself swinging happily and solidly republican, we CANNOT just squeak by, we need to win these races by 5 or 6 points, or else all those lefty election lawyers and unions will skew the recount.
I can pretty much guarantee you that no recount will go in favor of a republican.
It’s time to turn off the tv and the weekend football games and get busy.

The scandal is apparently regarding illegalities in election laws specifically financial elections laws and election tampering. The president is at the root of it, but according to the individual supposedly giving the interview it is 100 percent systemic of the democrat party leadership.
That is no wild accusation, that my friends is the truth, the hard, bottom line truth.
I think voter fraud will bring this liberal attempted take over down, add in all the unconstitutional actions taken by this congress and you have a highly unified militia.
On that note I’m going to buy more ammo and food stuffs.

“DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Daytona Beach City Commissioner Derrick Henry and his campaign manager, Genesis Robinson, were arrested Wednesday, charged with committing absentee ballot fraud during Henry’s 2010 re-election campaign, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said.”
Back in college when I was politically naive, I was “warned” of Republican monitors at the voting place. It was my first time ever voting. Now that I’m more politically aware, hooray for those monitors.

Whenever there are allegations of voter fraud by republicans or republican officials, left wing websites cannot scream loud or fast enough. In the past few days I have seen articles and news stories on voter fraud perpetrated by dems. If you go to sites like HuffPo or DU, their silence speaks volumes.
This is another reason why we must maintain momentum for another election cycle or two. We have to get a filibuster-proof Conservative majority and President so that Federal Election Laws can be strengthened. Make it hard to cheat, and the penalties for cheating not worth it.

I would like to offer a suggestion to all.
Take a camera or use your cell phone. If not illegal or dangerous get a picture when possible.
The Democrats have yet to adapt to the Information Age. They keep getting tripped up in their thuggery, their attacks and their false accusations by video and audio evidence. A picture is worth more than a thousand words. It could mean an election.
Remember to SALUTE:
SIZE – How many? – ACTIVITY – What are they doing? – LOCATION – Where did it happen? – UNIT – Any identifying clothing or organization? – TIME (and date) – When were they seen? – EVIDENCE – Take a picture!
Email the information to the sources you know would have an interest: Michelle, pajamasmedia, Beck, Breitbart, Fox, etc.
The Left depends on shadows. Bring a light.
These election officials are so worried about someone be suppressed from voting. However, they never consider how illegal voters suppress my vote. They like to err in favor of allowing non voters to vote instead of erring in favor of the legal voter.
If you don’t have an ID, are at the wrong place, or have some other problem legally voting , you are out! Its better to not allow your suspicious vote than to cancel my legal vote out.
It speaks of their support of the fraud. As long as the fraud advances their agenda its perfectly fine.

Knowing the courts some judge will rule that the ratified Constituional Amendment is unconstitutional.

Just to keep this on point, we have engaged in poll watching, vote count verification and signature verification side by side with our traditional fraudulent government shills. If Dems vote according to the hillbuzz link they would have to invalidate a major portion of registered dem voters to tip the scale

Forgive me if I’ve missed it, but does anyone know of a national interest group that is fighting fraud on a national basis and advocating reforms to get this under control.
Even if my, or your, state is pure in its election practices, the messes in other states affect us. NB: Al Franken in the Senate! I don’t live in MN, but he’s an affront to liberty everywhere.

There are too many who don’t mind if voter fraud is part of the playing field as long as the fraud gets their candidates elected.
Holy crap! This should result in heads rolling.
It’s pretty discouraging to think about.
We already have three sitting senators who relied on either election fraud or state supreme courts “interpreting” election laws out of existence to get into office: Johnson from South Dakota, Lautenberg from New Jersey and Franken from Minnesota.
And nothing was done about it.
We have el Presidente, who purposely broke campaign finance laws to accept who knows how much money from foreign sources and people violating contribution limits.
And nothing was done about it.
There are two things we can count on for the 2010 and 2012 elections:
1. The donks will cheat on the wholesale level in 2010 (indeed, they’ve already started); and
2. They’ll cheat on an industrial scale in 2012.
With things like ballots already pre-checked for Harry Reid and voting machines that magically convert straight Republican ballots into straight donk ones, it’s pretty clear that the donks and their allies in the polling places aren’t really even trying to hide it anymore.
Any why should they?
Put it another way: if I commute on the freeway at 100 mph right past the cops, and nothing happens to me, after about the fifth time of getting away with it my level of contempt and hubris will reach the point where every time I race past them I’ll be rolling down my window and flipping them off, or tossing garbage at them, or waving a pistol in the air.
The donks have gotten away with election cheating for so long that they have reached that same level of disdain for our election laws and those who are supposed to enforce them.
Couple that sense with their foreknowledge that the only way that Hope-a-Dope has a prayer for a second term will be for cheating to happen on a truly epic level in 2012. Mark my words, “You ain’t seen nuthin’ yet.”
One of my clients received a phone call last week saying the caller was from Alan Grayson’s office and that they understood (my client) was voting by mail. My client said as a matter of fact the ballot was filled out and was right there on the counter ready to be mailed. The caller said he would be happy to come by and pick it up. Client could not get phone number to report it as his caller ID wasn’t working. Now, how did the caller from Alan Grayson’s office know my client was voting by mail? I told him to call the Supervisor of Elections anyway. And to think he would trust them with his ballot? Not.
And on another note…..I find this interesting:
FL Dem Gov candidate Alex Sinks’s husband is Bill McBride who has been pretty much MIA in the campaign He is the big time attorney who ran against Jeb Bush and lost (of course). During that race, it was mentioned that Sink may very well run in the future.
Sink is LITERALLY in bed with the trial attorneys and on her campaign website in her official campaign bio, all it does is mention that she is “married to Bill McBride and has two children”.
I don’t believe it has ever been mentioned during the race. A lot of people who have moved here since McBride ran and lost did not know of the connection. It’s fair game as far as I’m concerned.
Anyway, is her husband handling her campaign and pulling strings, etc.? We already know she got lots of money from the trial attorneys to fund her campaign ads. Why the hush hush about her husband’s influence?
Slimes, all of them.
If the people who keep perpetrating the breaking of election laws were to keep meeting with untimely accidents, in a few election cycles it would stop.
Also has anyone heard the rumor that Harry Reid wants to Burn a Corran the night before the election?

That one stolen election in MN made the difference in them being able to railroad Obamacare through the Senate.
(And when Kennedy died, they had to change the rules in MA in order to seat a replacement for their Christmas Eve vote. If they hadn’t done that, and waited for the special election, they again would not have had the 60th vote.)

How is it that any of this comes as a surprise to people?
Did anyone honestly believe that November 2nd was going to be a fair fight?
The signs of what is going on have been seen for some time now. The fraud issues in 2008 were among the first, and people just blew them off to focus on “more important things”.
The Traitors have known for some time that this would be their final hurdle before they have ultimate control here, and people think they would play fair? Or that they would only play dirty like they have in the past?
This is their big day. This is what they’ve planned for for decades. They are pulling out every last bit they can muster, because if they can win by fraud this time around, when so many people are against them, they will be secure permanently.
I haven’t paid attention to polls since before the 2000 election.
The leftist media is constantly trying to drive results through their “poll” result “news”, which is usually wildly off…up until a couple days before the election when they start reporting more accurately…so they can maintain a smidgen of credibility.
The majority of American people will not be ruled by a tyrannical central government. And attempts to impose it through activist judges, lying divisive politicians, a vile and corrupt media, and cheating at the ballot box will soon lead to a breaking point. This Country is SO headed for a civil war in the next 25-50 years.
That’s an optimistic timetable in my view.
Some people may have thought ineligibility on Art II. Sec.1 grounds was “just a technicality”, tragically for our country.
Some will dismiss the shady campaign tactics and foreign money as “the Chicago Way”.
Some will not question the fraud that acomplishes the re-election of The Fraud.
Everybody will know he’s ineligible in 2016 and he won’t want to leave.
That’s my guess as when the feces hits the oscilation device.
I suspect this is their goal.
Not surprised at this or half of whats being said. More so with the apathy of the voter and the vote not mattering. Been like that in my region for years, even the feds have given up trying to look into it. Its like I live in some lawless part of Africa, not part of the South East US of A.
But yeah heh watch some of these more prolific races being held up by all sorts of problems, if not out right suspended.
I guess this must be part of the Obama “change”, bringing the Third-World sham-voting process to the United States.
