And the ‘John Kerry Flip-Flopper of the Week’ Award Goes To…

This week’s JKFFotW award goes to somebody who isn’t a politician, but who isn’t far removed from Washington politics.
First the flip:
Cindy McCain, the wife of 2008 GOP presidential nominee John McCain, is making waves in a new video about the bullying of gay youth.
The Arizona senator’s wife criticizes unnamed “political and religious leaders” who tell lesbian, gay, bisexual and trangender youth “they have no future” and “can’t serve our country openly” in the video for the NOH8 campaign, which opposes California’s Proposition 8 banning same-sex marriage.
Here’s the video. Cindy McCain appears twice starting at about the 48 second mark sandwiched somewhere in between Slash, Tom Bergeron and Gene Simmons — an area usually reserved for groupies and/or funny videos of little kids hitting their dads in the crotch with a baseball bat:
Now the flop. After the “gays should serve openly” video came out, on Friday, Cindy McCain tweeted the following:

So gays should be able to serve openly just as long as nobody finds out?
Cindy must have gotten those mad flip-flop skills from watching her husband talk about border fences.
