Report: Open-borders One America Votes operated illegal political committee
You remember One America Votes.
Before the midterm election, the open-borders group (funded by Soros, SEIU, and the usual prog suspects) sent out illegal alien canvassers to drum up Democrat votes in Washington state.
The story isn’t over. My friend and Washington state blogger/watchdog Stefan Sharkansky — who has successfully exposed election fraud before — scoured campaign finance records and found that OAV apparently failed to file as a registered political committee.
He has sent a formal complaint to the state Public Disclosure Commission.

Although the group was clearly raising and spending massive sums to intervene in state election campaigns, it didn’t register with the PDC or report its receipts and expenditures. Major illegal. Details in the complaint I sent to the PDC on Friday.
Nor is it registered with the FEC. Some might wonder whether the group is protected under Citizens United. Not from Washington’s state disclosure laws. From federal disclosure only if it’s genuinely qualified to operate as a 501(c)(4), which looks doubtful.

Shark always is great to check out as he consistently digs up info like this. During the 2004 Gov race he did a better job finding the fraud than did the Republican attorneys that were representing Dino Rossi.

Are any of these folks being held accountable? I hear story after story of voter fraud, but I never hear anything about bringing criminals to justice.
The story seems to be “Well, the election’s already over . We’ll fix it next year.” When will we say “Enough is enough.”??????????????????
As long as voter fraud is allowed (or ignored) there will be Democrats in office.
If we are never going to enforce the laws, why not beat them at their own game? Can some of the tea party folks get a hold of some blank ballots a day or two before election day and mark them for the GOP? Can’t two play at this game?????

Lets just let them keep the monopoly in political cheating and the GOP can keep up the fight and do things legally and ethically.

With George, I’m sure he’s got both sides covered no matter which way the market goes. I don’t normally begrudge a man making hay while the sun shines, but this guy has way too much influence over our political system.
In Arizona, a group called, La Familia Vota, a supposedly non-partisan group, also employed illegal aliens to register voters and canvass predominantly latino communities. Much of their work was specifically for the shameful Congressman, Raul Grijalva, but also Democrats, in general. shortley before the election, La Familia Vota dumped approximately 75,000 registration forms on Registrar’s offices across the state – within 2 to 3 days, 65% of the registration forms had been thrown out for being blatantly fraudulant (I never heard what the final count was). Furthermore, 98% of the registrations were Democrat, which the Registrar’s office said is a statistical impossibility for any truly non-partisan registration effort.
Go directly to jail. Do not pass GO, do not collect $200.
Tolerance, mine, has reached it’s limits…I officially claim that I hate the “Puppet Master” and all his acolytes in the progressive movement…”every iota of them, I hate!”
They don’t like rules that they have to follow…so they ignore, or simply skirt them. It’s as though the one pulling the strings (Soros) is issuing Executive Orders…Hey, wait a minute…that seems familiar. Who else issues orders to circumvent the law, and Constitution, because of their views on negative rights..?
