To Fundamentally Transform America or Not to Fundamentally Transform America, That is the Question

By Doug Powers  •  April 14, 2011 09:57 AM

**Written by Doug Powers

President Obama in late October of 2008:

We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.

President Obama yesterday on why we should avoid Paul Ryan’s budget plan:

But the way this plan achieves those goals would lead to a fundamentally different America than the one we’ve known throughout most of our history.

Ryan’s only trying to help the president fulfill a campaign promise, so what’s the problem?

Speaking of President Obama’s “budget deficit” speech yesterday, on the topic of American greatness, it sounds like we might be in for some “shining entitlement programs on a hill” style campaign ads next year:

“‘There but for the grace of God go I,’ we say to ourselves, and so we contribute to programs like Medicare and Social Security, which guarantee us health care and a measure of basic income after a lifetime of hard work; unemployment insurance, which protects us against unexpected job loss; and Medicaid, which provides care for millions of seniors in nursing homes, poor children, and those with disabilities,” Obama said. “We are a better country because of these commitments. I’ll go further – we would not be a great country without those commitments.”

A tear just came to my eye as I pictured people emigrating from war-torn, oppressed nations waiting patiently in line at Ellis Island, coming to the US with nothing but the shirts on their backs and a dream of unemployment insurance that only America offers.

In addition to that, the term “shared prosperity” is used on the White House website.

Is this the president the media and the White House were trying to Reaganize just a few weeks ago?

Notice he said “fundamentally transforming” not restoring or remodeling. If you’re planning to remodel your house, you’re going to make some changes to a few rooms. But if you’re planning to fundamentally transform your house, you’re planning a major rebuild. That requires tearing down most of the old house before rebuilding it — not to restore it to its former glory but to transform it to an all new set of blueprints.

Obama is still in the demolition stage. He is systematically destroying our free market system, our currency, and the value and free use of our property. But the rebuild stage is where the “fun” begins. That is where the government takes control of everything, including all means of communication. That is when the real meaning of “hope and change” becomes apparent. That is when the only freedom remaining will be the freedom to support the government and praise Dear Leader in the “hope” that he will redistribute some “change”, or a few bread crumbs, in your direction.

    Thugocracy

The rule of law is not trivial. The lawlessness that you are seeing all around you was only possible because of the lawlessness that put this usurper into office. And I am talking crimes. Forgery, perjury, alteration of government records, blackmail, etc. And that’s just what we can document.

And there are a multitude of laws and rules broken which don’t necessarily match anything in the criminal code but which are just plain lawlessness. Stuff like Fukino illegally hiding the HDOH Administrative Rules. Stuff like refusing to obey UIPA. Heck, do you realize that the spokesperson for the HI AG just over the weekend was reported as saying that OBAMA HIMSELF does not have a “direct and tangible interest” in his own long-form BC? That violates HRS 338-13, HRS 338-18, and UIPA. There are 3 different reasons that Obama’s birth records are all REQUIRED by UIPA to be disclosed to the public, and the HDOH Administrative Rules all along have allowed (and thus required, according to UIPA) ANYBODY WHO ASKS FOR IT to receive Obama’s non-certified COLB.

On my blog I have documented some of the laws and rules broken by the HDOH and OIP.

Of the government agencies that (supposedly) have records for Obama, we have

    1) the HDOH, which is breaking laws, lying/deceiving in public to cover up what they’ve already acknowledged in official responses (that Obama has no legally-valid BC from Hawaii and the Factcheck COLB is a forgery), and altering government records to cover for Obama.

    2) the Selective Service Administration, which actually FORGED a draft registration for Obama, ultimately revealed as a forgery because the automatic date stamp said ‘08, not ‘80 as they tried to claim

    3) the Social Security Administration, whose SSN verification site acknowledges that the SSN used by Obama on his last tax return was never issued to Barack Hussein Obama.

    4) the Passport Office, in which supervisors THREE TIMES disabled the security protocols to enable Obama’s passport file to be breached. And whose supervisor filed an affidavit including reference to what appears to be a forged “cable” claiming that the retention period for passport applications was changed and millions of records destroyed without leaving any of the legally-required paper trail.

All these offices have been obfuscating on FOIA requests, so they are very well aware of the guilt in their offices but are covering their own arses as well as Obama’s.

    It is lawlessness.
