6 Months Left, Mr. President
**Written by Doug Powers
It was just under two and a half years ago that President Obama said that if the economy hasn’t turned around within three years, he’d be a one-termer. White House Dossier reminds us that there are now just over six months to go until the clock runs out by Obama’s estimate.
Yesterday’s jobs report not only indicates that the economy isn’t turning around, but it apparently can’t because the rudder was pawned off to China in return for temporary stimulus cash and Obamacare.
This flashback from shortly after Obama took office two and a half years ago is a reminder that the administration has just over six months to turn it around… no pressure:

Don’t want our economy to falter just so Obama fails to be reelected, but —–
No, no pressure. Just DLTDHYOTWO. And Buh Bye.

Okay bho, by your own admission, you will be held accountable and will be a one term pResident. It’s already clear that your administration and policies are colossal failures and you have not only failed the country, you have actually made economic conditions worse.
American voters…..pleae help him make go away!
Despite a significant registration advantage, Republicans won the gubernatorial and Senatorial races in the Keystone State in 2010, plus kept their hold on the state legislature, so the possibility definitely exists that Barry might lose this reliable blue state in the next cycle. The big question will be whether he can win a second term without it.

For this President the goal all along has been $10 gas, and he is closer to achieving it than most observers realize. If Barry manages to negotiate $45 billion of new taxes on oil companies, those taxes will be passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices. Combine that with the spike in global oil prices that many predict and further “windfall” taxes on oil companies once they have been forced to raise prices at the pump, and you have $10 gas.
http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/07/obamas_plan_for_10_gas.html
It appears he has flip flopped on that remark already. Just last week I recall that he said his next 5-1/2 years in office will make all of us “whole” again. Me thinks he meant to say “bury us in a hole”.
I just pray to God that bho is a one-termer! I have no idea what-so-ever he can undo all he has done by election time 2012! Me thinks he will be slinging billions upon billions to ‘fix’ all that is wrong will get jobs back? Not gonna happen. If the r’s cave on raising the debt ceiling without cuts, God help our nation! The r’s are being set up by the d’s to take the fall whatever happens.

According to Teh Won’s calculus, the economy HAS turned around. Employment is a lagging indicator and since in his Marxist world, companies exist only for creating jobs, not managing profitable businesses, it is now up to the companies to hire people. The government has done all it can do. It’s those evil stock holders and small companies, who create almost all jobs, who are to blame. Obama is a victim here.
And now we will have to see whether we can reform the Assistant Democrats so that if they win, they will shrink government, not manage it to the next plateau before it crashes and burns.
The Numbers Speak For Themselves. Bye Bye Barky:
9.2% — unemployment rate for June.
0.1% — increase since May.
16.2% — underemployment rate for June.
0.4% — increase since May.
8% — conventional wisdom for the
maximum allowable unemployment rate to win reelection.
15 — remaining BLS reporting months before Election Day.
255,000 — net jobs that must be created each and every month to reach 8%.
18,000 — net jobs created last month.
44,000 — downward revision to April and May job creation.
3,825,000 — total net jobs needed before Election Day.
2,100,000 — jobs created in the last fifteen months.
11.2% — unemployment rate if the labor participation rate was as high as it was in January, 2009.
290,000 — best monthly net jobs gain during Obama administration.
231,000 — real best gain, minus temporary Census hiring.
14 — months since best monthly gain.

Bottom Line: One Term For Duh-One
Unfortunately, Obama’s reelection prospects remain strong. He only does poorly in polls against unspecified GOP opponents.
New data will reveal just how far the damage Bush did was underestimated by “objective” experts. If not for Obama, we’ll soon discover, all but The Sinister Rich would be in soup lines right now.
Moreover, and perhaps most important of all, Americans will be warned that failing to reelect our nation’s first black president would constitute overt racism, with that crucial World Opinion at stake as well.

So what? Anyone with a brain knows that the dems will blame the R’s no matter what happens. So they MUST stand tall, don’t give in, and let the dems do their worst. The dems will threaten, fear-monger, maybe even blackmail some of them. The country comes first. They MUST.NOT.CAVE.
I sent an e-mail to John Boehner and just said, politely, that the Tea Party has his back and he must not let us down. Words to that effect. I was very nice to him, but made it plain that we are counting on him to save our country! Everyone…write to your reps TODAY! Will they read them? I don’t know. But their mailboxes and twitters will be bombarded and will show them we are watching.
NO NO NO!!! None of that will work. Seriously, people are waking up to this in droves. And the old race card is totally not working any more, except with the far far left…and they are hopeless anyway.
Same here, and faxes as well.

We get it, Phil. You are preaching to the choir. Go peddle your obsession elsewhere and PLEASE give us a break! You used to be interesting but you are now a one-issue poster and it is really tiresome.
I think you know…if Romney is nominated, he can beat Obama. But you would have a third party split the vote so that Obama wins. We all know that. Do you think we are ALL stupid? If you think that, why do you continue to post here?

Did you hear Rush yesterday talking about bho getting his face into this mess at the last minute? I just meant that the r’s in no way, shape, or matter cave to the d’s, but they are going to get the full force from the msm, bho, his attack dogs whatever they do. It makes me sick to think that dc has had gosh knows how long to do something, but now they wait till mid-night before the deadline to cram cr@p on us with a bill they haven’t read and then vote on it!
L
Tomorrow is a crucial meeting. It would be a perfect time for a massive gathering of Tea Partiers…in DC. Probably too late to get people together, but it would sure be nice! Remember the huge gathering when they signed the obamacare bill? It didn’t stop the bill, but showed the country that there are people who vehemently opposed it. If we stop gathering how, what does that tell the regressives…that we have given up!! I haven’t seen much activity lately in the Tea Party. Are they on vacation? What happened? Have we lost the momentum? Tea Party has been a HUGE factor in the elections and MUST continue to be heard LOUDLY. People are tired…but so were the Patriot ancestors. Yet, they didn’t give up or falter. If they had, we would all have very bad teeth today!!
Of course. This is their MO. They think they can shove bad stuff down our throats because the American People won’t stand for letting deadlines pass! They wait until it is a crisis. This is the marxist method and it works very well for them. Please, God, not.this.time!!
Someone probably has posted this before but if they have sorry to re-post. This is a part of the d’s draft for the budget. Get a look at some of this stuff! Sure gonna make jobs start growing by leaps and bounds?

Perhaps we could speed up Obama’s departure if some responsible investigations show Holder and Obama were behind operation Gunrunner and its failure, which shouldn’t be hard to do. This could be an impeachable offense! The economy isn’t the only area this administration has screwed up. In fact have they done anything right?
“Turned around” remains to be defined.
If we had “Justice For All” instead of “Social Justice” Holder would be gone. In fact he probably never would have got the job in the first place.

How likely is it he’ll go the exact opposite direction he’s gone the last two and a half years?
That’s how likely recovery is before election day.
John Maynard Keynes is dead. Drive a stake through his heart, already!
The science is settled: Liberal spending policies cause global harming.
After watching this painful presidency for two years, I think I would rather have a magic eight ball or an ouija board for president.
Oh, and I am wondering, after submitting over two dozen questions via the white house web site (after Obama shut down the email account) why nobody has the time to answer any of my questions. So, what are these engagers for, just to occupy space and collect paychecks for doing nothing? Don’t answer that, I know.
This is just more of the same failed stuff that everyone knows doesn’t work. Why are they banging their heads on that brick wall, over and over and over? For some strange reason, they think it will work if they keep doing it. My God, they are insane. And, raising taxes on those over $250,000 has been shown to be a huge mistake and would hurt the so-called “middle class”. Yet, they keep pushing it. Why do they keep rewriting the same failed policies? The HOUSE will NOT pass that crap! Apparently, that is the only plan they can come up with and they are sticking to it.
I have a sneaky suspicion that your questions were just a bit too difficult for the POTUS to spin. Right? I mean, if you didn’t ask things like, “How did you get to be so awesome”, or “How do people send you a campaign contribution”, you would probably be passed over.
BHO will find himself in the White House in January, 2013, either in person or in spirit.
This will happen again and again and again until Americans smarten up and realize that these Republicans and Democrats are all playing for the other team.
You might get economic recovery with a Republican, but they won’t be reestablishing any of your freedoms. Somewhere along the line, Americans will have to demand both. Until then, this country is headed the way of the Soviets.

Ahem, do you read the stuff you post? All over the map. You are going to vote for whatever candidate the GOP crams down you throat. How do I know that? You keep saying so.
Maybe YOU are the one who needs to give it a rest? Your plan only leads to where we already are. I’m a Tea Party activist, not a vague Tea Party “supporter”, I’m actually involved.
You need to lose your GOP security blanket, drop the emotional statements of how much you hate Obama and start thinking about what people who don’t agree with you say. After years of posting here, I have learned that with you, it’s all emotion. You hate Dems and libs but you refuse to think about how you contribute to it. Just keep voting for Repubs (We can’t let Hillary win! She’s Satan!) and somehow things will get better. And instead of learning, you validate your mistake in your mind by attacking people like me who keep pointing out how dumb it is to keep making the same mistake over and over again.
Why don’t you just ignore my posts if they bother you so much? Until you stop mailing in your vote before the game even starts, you have no nothing of interest to say.
By the way, I heard a soundbite of Obama this a.m. where he told a reporter, “I am not interested in my next election. I am focused on getting the debt ceiling raised”. He said it with a totally straight face, apparently thinking people would actually fall for that insulting lie. He has NO CONCEPT of the truth. Anyone who says he is not focused on his next election while flying off to 70+ fundraisers so far this year, is just delusional. And any interviewer who lets him get away with it is…well, MSM.
Since history repeats itself…..
From the day that Obama’s successor wins the election, until the day of the swearing in, a magical budget surplus will appear.
Then Obama’s legacy will be that he left Washington with money in the treasury.
5 minutes after the next President is sworn it, there will be another deficit.
It’s Magic
I think there is a pretty good chance that Obama will be defeated, by whomever the GOP fields, but right now that somebody looks like Romney, and, if he wins, Romney is going to be a disaster, or at least a continuation of the current disaster.
Romney is not going to fight for an Obamacare repeal. He might be willing to sign one if it shows up on his desk, but it will never be a priority with him (and my guess is remnants of the law will be kept). He doesn’t care anything about smaller government, just more efficient big government. There won’t be the massive and sometimes painful scalebacks to programs, departments, and entitlements that we are going to have to have to get our financial house in order, nor will the stranglehold on energy and industry be loosed significantly to promote recovery.
When I first started posting on the “No Romney, no way” subject, my purpose was to try to build some opposition to the increasingly inevitable, by helping to highlight how bad Romney was, and to say that I couldn’t in good conscience vote for him, I was hoping people would either agree or be concerned, and either way start working (by talking to friends and family) to sway support from Romney to a conservative.
It didn’t work, and has become just a distraction, so I won’t be posting on it anymore.
CATFIGHT!!!!!

Been sayin’ since before this “Jackass” (their party’s symbol) was elected, this guy is an ideological Marxist!?!
Knowing that, I didn’t vote for him the first time. Now that I know he’s owned and operated by George Soros (not to mention the damage he’s inflicted on this country), I couldn’t care less if this jerk was orange. I don’t vote for jackasses. Racist? NOT! The scary part is that there might now be enough “useful idiots” (on the government take in one way or another) to eek Barack Hussein Marx through November 2012!?! Now that’s truly a nightmare!?!

In the case of this White House, they must be playing “Ring around the rosies” while spinning around. No other reason they could be this dizzy.
We probably need to research and publish all the bad projects and policies enacted by lame duck presidents. If Obozo is this bad when he still wants to get re-elected, just think how insufferable (and how much harm he will cause) in the second term when he will be almost untouchable.

HI JRGDDS–#11. Don’t waste your time and effort trying to use actual numbers and provable facts. Comrade Obama and his Ilk flunked math and economics. They just believe in great Marxist Rhetoric (aka BS) and in the economic illiteracy of 51 percent of the American Voters.
***
And you forgot a few numbers:
20,000,000 = Number of “Undocumented Americans” who will be allowed to vote in Espanol in Nov. 2012.
10,000,000 = Number of “uncounted” ballets that will be found in Eric Holder’s car trunk and will be ordered counted by the Dept. of Social Justice.
***
5,000,000 = Number of 150 year old Boot Hill voters who like Comrade Obama.

And–unexpectedly–all 35 million votes will be for the Good Comrade. His support runs deep in these groups.

And this is why Soros’ is trying to win all the Secretaries of State positions that are up for grabs. They want to enhance their chances for increased turnout for the Dems.
If the Dems win this next election, it will be fraudulent. No reasonable voter should allow this country to spiral down any further.
We have enough unreasonable votes to counter…we shouldn’t have to face illegal or dead voters as well.
Wait, but Obama just said that we have now turned the corner!!! Harry Reid says we just need to inject another trillion of stimulus and the sun will shine again. Alan Colmes agrees that the problem was that we didn’t spend enough. Another MSNBC liberal stated that small government and deregulation got us into this mess; ergo bigger government and more regulation must be the answer to our Country’s woes!!! Chris Matthews says we evil conservatives are just terrorists. Nancy Pelosi says the rich arent taxed enough, and if they would just pay more then the budget problems would be solved. There is no recession…the economy is just fine. Let’s stop with all the negativity people, and get on board the crazy train!! We can do this!!!
I do have a lot of opinions about a variety of things. If that is “all over the map”, so be it. You, on the other hand, are a one-subject wonder. Your plan WILL get Obama re-elected. You don’t care. I get that. But that is all you talk about. No matter what the subject of the thread, you turn it into a tirade against the Republican establishment. I think that most here agree with you about the RINO’s. But you are obsessed.
How do you know how active or inactive I am with the Tea Party, or any other group, for that matter. I haven’t said. So, you are making an assumption and judging me.
I AM emotional about my beliefs. And this happens to be an OPINION blog. I give my opinions, I believe in what I say and yes, I get emotional. You used to do the same thing on a variety of subjects. My point is, now you turn everything into your obsession with hating the Republicans. I may be all over the map, but you, sir, are boring.
Ouch, that’ll leave a mark. A big, Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized skillet mark.
Sadly, he isn’t the only “one-trick pony” in our little circus.

Obama carried only 2 areas in the state: Allegheny County(Pgh.), and the greater Philadelphia area. Both have a major minority population, so it will be difficult to have the keystone state go Republican. The GOP in 2008 election carried all but 4 or 5 counties and still lost the state to the Dems. Pittsburgh has elected one Republican mayor that I can remember (Dick Caliguri) and wonder why the population is falling as well as the tax base. All they know how to do is invent new taxes and raise existing ones.
But it’s the republicans fault, if you don’t believe me then just ask any demonicrat you see.
Coal industry braces for massive layoffs
The coal industry is crying foul over new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations which they say will be among the most be costly rules ever imposed by the agency on coal-fueled power plants.
The result, industry insiders say: substantially higher electricity rates and massive job loss.
“The EPA is ignoring the cumulative economic damage new regulations will cause,” said Steve Miller, president and CEO of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE). “America’s coal-fueled electric industry has been doing its part for the environment and the economy, but our industry needs adequate time to install clean coal technologies to comply with new regulations. Unfortunately, EPA doesn’t seem to care.”
http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2011/07/coal_industry_braces_for_massive_layoffs.html
Thats about how much time Rupert and his boy James have left before the prison door clanks behind them.
One of the first things our new administration needs to do in 2012 is defund and eliminate the EPA. We don’t need them and they have gotten totally out of control. No one seems to be able to rein them in!
A great way to fund rounding up every illegal in this country and deporting them.
Hi Happy, you’re right, ofcourse.
I have been trying to get in touch with TP people, asking about rallies or marches anything being planned. Apparently nothing at this time. But I found this…
1. Tea Party Patriots (umbrella DC mouthpiece for about 3500 individual tea parties across the country) is repeatedly telling the GOP House leaders that their groups are 95% opposed to any debt ceiling raise. They may not like what they are hearing but they know TPP is telling the truth about the grass roots.
2. The continuing resolution that the GOP caved on earlier this year is the cause of the current problem. These fools in the GOP authorized the Zero Administration to use up the debt ceiling in the 2011 fiscal year. Now there is nothing left for 2012 AND the only budget they have proposed to work from is the Ryan budget which requires deficit spending.
They should have done what the tea parties suggested over a year ago – pass the 2008 budget (which could be implemented at current revenue levels without borrowing) and send it to the Senate. Instead, they sent the Ryan budget which has a built in shortfall almost as bad as the continuing resolution. When Reid saw that budget come over, I bet he wet his pants from laughing so hard.
The mood of the tea parties is to do primary challenges on every House member who votes to raise the debt ceiling. This is the message each one will get when they take their August recess and come back to their districts. If they thought townhall meetings were cantankerous before, they ain’t seen nothing yet.
Boehner can come up with all the compromises he wants but they are dead on arrival if they contain debt ceiling raises.
Just remember – it’s Timmy’s choice what bills get paid and in what order. Congress has no authority to do anything but authorize spending. The Secretary of the Treasury is the one who executes the authorizations. So if these idiots want to play games, let them cut off grandma or our military or diss our bond holders if they want. It will burn them in 2012 worse than anything they have seen so far including Jugears’ shellacking of 2010.
It’s showtime and the tea parties are ready to do Thunderdome. Two men enter, one man leaves.

HI GREEN_EYED_LADY–#59. Every so often Comrade Obama lets the mask slip and out pops his real agendas. He did so on the need to shut down the coal industry and to “necessarily have the cost of electricity skyrocket!” as a result.
***
The Messiah is very consistent in his actions and results. Much higher power bills will be noticed by all consumers–even libs and democrats. And the coal provides many other chemical products–medicines, building products, insecticides, etc.
***
The really neat thing is that the Good Comrade seems to be on an unintended Kamakazi mission. All of his actions will just make the Nov. 2012 TSUNAMI II even worse than the Nov. 2010 version did. His buddies and favored groups will notice that He doesn’t have “coattails” to help them out–He will be the proverbial millstone around their necks. As unemployment rises and costs go up.

Being clueless isn’t always a bad thing. The road to America’s economic, social, and decency recovery will be wide open after the smoke clears and this roadblock regime goes into the dustbin of history.

Holder’s Justice Department bullying banks
A cadre of racialists bent on achieving social justice via reparations from banks to minority communities has been installed by Eric Holder in the Department of Justice. They are using legal bullying tactics to intimidate banks into once again loaning mortgage money to people who have no ability to pay it back. Banks have even been forced to post signs in the facilities informing customers that welfare payments can count as income to apply to mortgage applications.
In a stunning article from Investor’s Business Daily, Paul Sperry lays out how the DoJ activists work, and how they think.
Most damning of all, the DoJ bullies hide their flimsy legal reasoning behind confidentiality agreements they include in out of court settlements
http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2011/07/holders_justice_department_bullying_banks.html
The “Chicago way” element: Don’t tell anybody what we’re doing, or else:
As part of settlement deals, prosecutors have required banks to sign “nondisclosure agreements” barring them from talking about the methods used to allege discrimination. Bank lawyers contend the prosecutors are trying to hide the shaky legal grounds on which the cases are built. “It’s horrible what they’re doing at the civil rights division,” said Reginald Brown, a partner at Wilmer Hale in Washington, who has represented banks in connection to recent race-bias investigations. “They don’t have any proof, just theories.”
He added, “They want you to sign something saying you agree, under the condition of any settlement with them, that you won’t disclose what their theories were. That’s because their theories are loopy and wouldn’t stand the light of day.”
I read the article in Investors Business Daily this morning. I was not even over being P!SSED about the Agenda 21 BS from last night, when I read it.
The banks just settle out of court, rather than fight the DOJ.
I will not sleep well until these bastards are brought up on charges.
I hope and pray that “Fast and Furious” brings the whole lot down.
I may be totally wrong on this … I think Phil is ready to start all over on many issues… not necessarily on content, but mostly on how he approaches his compadres.
The administration’s tactics remind me of a bar fight when your attacked by 3 people. No way of winning you only hope you can get out alive.
The coal companies being hit, healthcare, the banks you mentioned Green eyed lady, ‘fast and furious’, backdoor amnesty, the debt ceiling, and much more for all Americans.
Feet and fists comin at ya from all directions. Alot of Americans are hurt now soon it will be most.

Unless you are from Massachusetts or Illinois, California (and all too many others) then you just die in place waiting for help. But the police will call for a body bag eventually.
Well said.
I saw this earlier. One thing you can say about Sarah, she tells the truth and isn’t afraid to go after bho!

Time for the states with mineral rights to issue their own permits. Why do the feds have any say in what goes on in the states anyway? How many mandates violate the 10th amendment?
Both parties did this. Both parties had a hand in creating a total mess which has caused the economy to come to a screeching halt. What did these IQ challenged dirt-bags expect anyway? As long as they preserved their little empires and lied their way to reelection, they could keep the machinery rolling, hoping that the public would not notice. These same people who can’t manage their own lives without gaming and cheating the system want to make a “one size fits all” to run our lives. When I want advice or knowledge, I don’t go to people who have failed at what they do. Well, we have a gov of elected failures, who hang on to the belief that they are still the smartest people in the room. Most would fail an IQ test and the rest would be deemed senile.
Fix bayonets, grab the pitch forks, tar feathers and skillets, the political elite dirt-bags need to go and their beloved UN with them.
I think these are moot points considering the fact that he failed to lower the sea levels and clean the air with a twitch of the nose (think Bewitched) and a wiggle of the (O’Dumbo, apologies to REAL Irishmen) ears.
Hell, he couldn’t even convince the redneck Texans (I am one, BTW so don’t slam me with insults) to stay execution on an illegal alien rapist/murderer long enough for congress to pass a law making it unlawful (that’s a laugh if you consider duh won consistently flouts the law) to execute illegal alien rapist/murderers.
Yep, that makes us racists and not worthy of the ‘crucial world opinion’. Would that world opinion improve if we were to withhold ALL ‘aid’ money from countries (except Israel)? I say “Let’s try it and see what happens”. That’s the same thing I say about not raising the ‘debt ceiling’ (which appears to be an adjustable popup trailer roof anyway) and lowering tax RATES. Let’s do it and see what happens.
That’s how the libturds operate with their ideology… let’s try that with a conservative ideology. I’m fed up and I’m ready!
The current dealings in DC are like a compulsive gambler. After stacking up astounding debt, the individual keeps playing with the hope of having the one hand which will gain back all the lost money and even including a bonus. That hand never comes and yet the individual plays on. The house of cards in falling, the bills are coming due and the way out is harsh.
That race card has been so overplayed that the corners are bent and separating.
Time to find a new deck.
HAHAHA Maynard!…. Maynard was a derogatory name when I was a kid. See Dobie Gillis (Maynard character) and Gilligan’s Island.
Now why does the womanizer-in-chief come to mind here?
His ‘budget surplus’ was due to accounting tricks and misdirections quite similar to Enron. we know what happened there. I guess when a public company uses the same strategy the feds use, it’s jail time with a felony orange wardrobe.
Gypsies, tramps and thieves….
I happen to agree with you… I didn’t care much for him even back to the last general election.
What really swayed me against him was the fact he showed he was in favor of some sort of ‘cap and trade’ garbage due to his feelings about the scam of glowbull wormening. Lately, he’s come out as a pro-union advocate. He doesn’t specify public or private sector unions (which I see as a big distinction). I (as some of you may have seen) am anti-public sector union. My sentiments about them being a money laundering arm of the democrap party should be legend.
Those two counts alone discredit him with me. Much like Newt’s advertisement with Pelosi…. (that made me retch)
I couldn’t give a tinker’s damn in hell what religion he is… it ain’t a player. Contrary to what the Mostly Socialist Media™ says, it’s way too early for me to pick a candidate. After all, see how late THEY waited last general to pick McLame for our candidate?????
He was WAY down on the list in polls and broke then overnight he had billions in campaign money and was at the top of the list… Yes, Virginia, Santa Claus DOES happen to visit DC.
Wow… that’s so reminiscent of 401Ks and IRAs. You keep throwing money at a losing proposition hoping to regain losses suffered over years of investing only to find that in order to recoup losses, the Stock Market has to have nothing but record highs upon record highs for years without downturns in order to make a profit in what is the biggest gambling house in the world.
You know what they say about one armed bandits? Odds are stacked against you. what is said about casinos? the house wins 99.44% of the time.
I withdrew from the stock market and my ‘financial advisor’ when my 125,000 investment was eaten up by the DotCom bubble bust in 2000 and the fees charged by my ‘financial advisor’.
Taxes and penalties for early withdrawal left me with 40,000 after all was said and done. I had been putting money away since 1984 or so and ended up with 40,000. How sad is that?
A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take everything you have. Thomas Jefferson
HELLO… HELLo… HELlo… HEllo… Hello… hello…
ECHO… ECHo… ECho… Echo… echo….
hummm…. guess i should take a hint… hint.. hint…
Romney had his chance last time. The fact that the dems like him so much makes me wonder why they don’t steal him. The dems should not be selecting the GOP candidates any more than the GOP elites should be selecting them for us. We the people are to decide. We need 2 new party structures.
Obama’s assertion that he would be a one-termer if things did not turn around after three years was a throwaway line. Does anyone seriously think he meant it when he said it?
Uh, no, nothing that I can think of. Unless you consider destroying the country as an accomplishment.
A root canal sounds more pleasant. Not that I asking for one, mind you!
Let them keep banging their heads on the brick wall. I suspect the brick wall is denser than their heads. Eventually, they will collapse with a concussion. Since they appear to be brain dead already, no big loss.
Prez. Obama….BYE-BYE!
Yeah, but what’s the point of that?
Removes Obama’s veto pen. Removes Obama’s control of the vast federal bureaucracy. Removes Obama’s control of the military. And so on.
It would give a conservative Congress far more latitude in blocking or even rolling back Leviathan.
However, it is ridiculous at this early stage of the nominating process to be supporting or opposing anyone on the basis that they can or cannot beat Obama. Things will change a great deal before the nominating process is over.
This is that point in the process at which you support the candidate you think will make the best President. If they really would make the best President, and they gain traction during the nominating process, it could be by the time they become the nominee the rest of America sees what you see in the candidate.
It is ridiculous to say you won’t vote for Romney because he is Just The Same As Obama. It is ridiculous to say you’ll vote for Romney because he can win and others cannot. Both of those comments are foolish.
Unless Romney comes on stronger with solutions, he won’t win because many people just won’t vote. Why go for milktoast when you need meat? As for the actual topic, millions of people are hurting, I would rather have a recovery than six more months of recession, period.
Obama does not deserve to leave “office” having been acknowledged as an actual president. He is not and can never be eligible, making the idea of millions in rewards for once being president totally unacceptable.
Not to mention the document forgery, which is blatant and not in question.
The cowardly Congress and media are going to let this fraud, the biggest in history, go away as if it never happened. A crime too big to prosecute, and for some too big even for discussion.
The rule of law and the Constitution are no longer on life support if this
crime goes unpunished….they are dead.
Wish we could pawn this dipshit off to China…
