Sarah Palin to Keynote September 3rd Tea Party Event in Iowa

Let the speculation… continue.

Real Clear Politics:

In the latest indication that her sights are still set on a presidential run, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has accepted an invitation to keynote a Tea Party rally in Waukee, Iowa, on Sept. 3, RealClearPolitics has learned.

The Labor Day weekend visit to the nation’s first voting state comes after Palin indicated during an appearance on Fox News earlier this month that she would make her decision about whether to launch a campaign in August or September.

All signs now point to September as the month when Palin would throw her hat into the ring, as logistical concerns ranging from fundraising to getting her name on the ballot in various states would likely preclude further delay.
[...]
Palin has been relatively quiet over the past month, as she has retreated to Alaska to immerse herself in policy and to strategize with her husband, Todd, and top advisers about how a potential campaign would work.

Read the rest here.

So what do you think? A speech on the future of America, or one maybe even to announce an endorsement — perhaps a presidential announcement? All I know is that the place will be jumping and the media will show up in droves — at least the ones who aren’t still hospitalized with PTRMD (Post Traumatic Rolling Menace Disorder).

Or maybe it’s just a head-fake on Sarah’s part to see if she can get George Lopez to move to Canada. I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

Palin’s Labor Day weekend appearance, coincidentally, will be on the three-year anniversary of her Republican Convention speech.

Your criticizm of Sarah Palin is vitriolic, judgemental and way over the top.

No, it wasn’t. It was based on the facts. You may not agree with my opinion of her behavior. You don’t have to. But, believe me, I have NOT gotten vitriolic. You don’t want to see me get vitriolic, and frankly, Palin isn’t worth vitriol.

She’s a phony, like Schwartzenegger or Nixon. Or Bush. You can take that personally all you want.

More projection from Hiraghm. He can’t argue the facts because he doesn’t have any.

I haven’t used ad hominem against Sarah Palin.

    I’ve cited facts.
I’ve drawn conclusions based on those facts.

    That’s not ad hominem

BTW, I’m not the one with the visceral hatred for Sarah Palin. I’m not the one who signs on to see how many liberal smears I can get in against her this hour.

As we previously discussed, when Hiraghm posts a fact, I’ll let Hiraghm know. I haven’t seen any yet.

ANd no, repeatedly discredited liberal smears aren’t facts.

No, it wasn’t. It was based on the facts.

    Facts:
    Sarah Palin ran for VP.
Sarah Palin was on the campaign trail.
Sarah Palin’s daughter had a baby out of wedlock.
    Sarah announced Bristol would marry.
Sarah Palin brought her special needs child with her on the campaign.

    Your vitriolic judgements:
Sarah Palin should not have run for VP.
Sarah Palin should not have left her family to go on the campaign trail.
Sarah Palin should have condemned and punished her daughter for getting pregnant.
Sarah Palin should have PREVENTED her daughter from doing it with that idiot what’s-his-name.
Sarah Palin should not have said Bristol was getting married because if that didn’t work out, Palin would be branded a bad parent and a liar.
Sarah Palin had no business bringing a special needs child on the campaign because that meant she was using him for her political gain.

So…which are facts and which are disgusting judgemental opinions? Grow up.

    And…GOOD NIGHT!

Has Sarah Palin yet commented on McCain’s speech?

why would you ask the posters here if someone else has done something?

I wonder if there is a way we can persuade George Lopez to leave the country regardless of the election results…

I tried to watch his show once. I could only take 10 minutes of it before I started fidgeting and drumming my fingers. I guess I have a low banality threshold…
