    I doubt there is an exsiting aircraft capable of carrying something that large. An Antonov 225 could not even accomodate it.

    True efficient spending and government have been incompatable since probably the 1800′s, thanks to politicians,bureaucrats and insufficient, and, in most cases, non-existent auditing and oversight. Which is only one reason our founding fathers intended the federal government to have limited powers.
