    This is why I have no faith in the government to police its own. Nothing is going to happen. There will be no prosecution of these crimes. Just another day in the life of a politician.

    It sickens me to know our government is corrupt, has been corrupt and probably will always be corrupt.

    My idea would be to write your Congresscritters asking what they are doing about investigating the death of Terry.

    When you don’t get a response, or get some smarmy non-response, then put up Wanted posters locally for your congresscritter stating he is wanted for gross incompetence in their oversight duties involving the death of a federal law enforcement official.

    Tie it around their necks personally and publicly and you might start seeing some action.

    What in the Sam Hill does this have to do with authorizing a program that puts 2500 assault weapons, enough to equip a light infantry brigade, into the hands of a group of felons that have used them to kill 250 people, 150 of whom were members of the Mexican Army? The same group of peole who kill more civilians in Juarez, Mexico annually than the number of civlians killed in all of Afghanistan?

    This is not Solyndra or Watergate. People are dead and crippled. We allowed all of these weapons to go across an international border and never told the government of Mexico.

    Anyone who politicizes this should be ashamed. This is about violating your oath of office and the laws you were sworn to uphold and protect. Everyone who authorized this should face a felony murder charge.

    By the way, there still has been no connection declared with our State Department. No operation involving any other Country, let alone our neighbors, can be conducted without the approval of State and/or the President himself. And anyone who is familiar with Federal investigative agencies, knows that an operation of the scope of Fast and Furious simply cannot occur without the highest possible approval of the White House, the Secretary of State, the Department of Justice and ATF. Otherwise, everyone under the top level people involved in the decision would be toast and they all know it. That’s a given in the Federal buraucracy. They “serve at the pleasure” and have no “right” to employment.

    Things are working out. One official has already taken the Fifth. More will do so and things will start to fall apart. Issa and Grassly are displaying the patience necessary to bring this thing to a conclusion.

    They have tried that before and it no longer works. We can concentrate on more than one scam at a time! We can identify more than one Thug Criminal at a time. Their weave and dodge tactics are getting old and stale, just like the Friday night document dump. Apparently, it takes them a while to figure things out…like if you keep doing Friday night document dumps, the real journalists, like MM, will concentrate on scouring those documents with a fine tooth comb.

    I think that my suggestion would be deemed a bit much.
