    When you are first hired by a company to work at the airport you have to go through a 10 year background check. While the background check is going on you still work you just have to be escorted everywhere. Of course you are not the only one being escorted by your escort. A single escort can have multiple people they are supposed to be keeping an eye on, so it would not be hard to slip away for a bathroom break or something.
