    Of course this is what we come to expect from the left. They do not care about the military nor their families, but the unions are one of thier biggest constiuentencies. And there is that key phrase again. Remember, the majority of DoD civilians are non-unionized (there is no mandatory unionization of workers in the DoD it is all voluntary).
