Fresh off another vacation, Joe Biden proved today he’s rested and ready to head up a demagoguery stimulus:

“They’ve said it. Every Republican’s voted for it. Look at what they value, and look at their budget. And look what they’re proposing,” Biden said about Rep. Paul Ryan’s budget proposal.

“[Romney] said in the first hundred days, he’s going to let the big banks write their own rules — unchain Wall Street. They’re going to put y’all back in chains,” Biden said.

Bonus points: Today the Obama campaign released a video accusing Romney of running a dirty campaign.

Take it away, Joe:

Romney’s not going to put anybody in chains, but come the night of November 6th he may well have put Joe Biden in a straight jacket.

Biden also repeated a favorite line of late: “Don’t tell me what you value. **Show me your budget, and I will tell you what you value.”

Did a guy in an administration presiding over a $1.2 trillion budget deficit this year really say that?

Also, while speaking in Virginia, Biden reminded the crowd that they can win… North Carolina:

Republicans have already put Biden’s spatial awareness in chains. Please help!
