Magical Uterus meme-spreader Akin blames “liberal media,” “liberal elite” for his woes

Missouri GOP Rep. Todd Akin, spreader of the Magical Uterus Meme, is digging his hole deeper.

After a disastrous second appearance on conservative talk radio giant and Fox News star Sean Hannity’s radio show and even more calls from top Republicans to step down, Akin turned to his Twitter page to blame the “liberal media” and “liberal elite” for his problems.

Really. Read all the cringe-inducing details here.

According to ABC News this morning, Akin has cracked on the door to a possible exit.

Go on now, go, walk out that door, Rep. Akin. No, don’t walk. Run!

..And right on cue, Team Obama is propping up Sandra Fluke to hang Akin around Romney-Ryan’s necks.

Yep, it’s time again for our time-honored GOP head-banging-against-the-wall animated GIF.

And a special graphic for Akin: Self-immolation stick figure man…
