New Obama ad featuring Morgan Freeman: Few presidents have inherited so many challenges

I was hoping for video from the first Romney/Obama debate accompanied by a Freeman voice over saying “It was the longest night of Barack’s life,” but instead we got this:
Every president inherits challenges. Few have faced so many. Four years later, our enemies have been brought to justice. Our heroes are coming home. Assembly lines are humming again. There are still challenges to meet, children to educate, a middle class to rebuild, but the last thing we should do is turn back now.
According to Joe Biden, the middle class doesn’t need to be rebuilt, but rather unburied.
The ad draws attention to one of the reasons President Obama is facing such a daunting re-election challenge. Of course Obama “inherited challenges.” No president takes office to a completely clean slate. But he was elected partly because he said he was going to fix those problems. Obama got everything on his wish list in his first two years in office, and those problems either remain or are worse. “This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal” set the bar pretty high in 2008. If anything, the biggest challenge Obama inherited was his own rhetoric.
Also coming to President Obama’s aid with just over three weeks to go until the election are Bruce Springsteen and Bill Clinton. But maybe Bill’s just showing up to ask Obama to help get Hillary out from under the bus.

For the record, I prefer this Freeman ad for Obama:
