Last evening, Drudge live streamed the “Sequester Soul Show.” They say there’s no money for White House tours, warship repairs or even trials for accused terrorists, but when the chips are down, we must ante up so the show can go on:

For the total Sequester Soul Show (alternate names for the concert included “Let Them Eat Cake-stock” and “Debt-a-Palooza”) experience, the full-length version of that song is here.

By the way, according to the Labor Department, sitting on the dock of the bay watching the tide roll away counts as a “green job.”

That said, I shouldn’t imply the White House isn’t taking on its share of sacrifice during the sequester. The White House’s assistant chef will be furloughed — but later, after the mess from last night’s party is cleaned up.
