Getting right to it, here’s headline #1 today from The Hill:

Very funny! Just another day at the White House Improv.

The dueling headline comes from the Wall Street Journal two days ago:

We’ll give the above WSJ headline a backup in this duel, which comes from Investors Business Daily yesterday:

As usual, the only thing “belied by the facts” at a Jay Carney presser is… Jay Carney.

    Just thinking….
Since they insist that their speaker must lie so, and they seem interested in reaching out to the arabic communities, why don’t they hire Saddam’s old mouthpiece? At least his announcements had the old William-Shatneresque over-the-top tongue-in-cheek charm of hyperbole… especially when the Abrams were rolling in amidst his protestations that the Americans were no where near the palace….
Heck… I think he was even smiling at how silly his shtick sounded with the tank rolling closer in the background. Jay takes his daily lies too seriously.

Ok I get that business wants to save money by limiting healthcare but what I don’t get is how limiting productivity by laying off workers is saving them anything. Don’t give me that ” less workers equals more productivity bs. They wouldn’t be complaining if that was the case. Unless they have an agenda…..
