Apparently Katy Perry and dozens and dozens of other Hollywood celebs can’t do it alone, so the Department of Health and Human Services is sponsoring a contest offering prizes to people who can come up with the most creative ways to tell Americans that the thing they have to buy that they can’t afford is super affordable:

With a prize pool worth up to $30,000, and over 100 prizes to be won, this is your opportunity to shine! Cash prizes will be awarded to the creators of the best videos in three distinct categories; so whether you’ve got a talent for short films, writing a great song, or designing an entertaining video infographic, you can be a winner!

If they want to be deluged with submissions, HHS should make the grand prize a lifetime Obamacare waiver.
