Kathleen Sebelius testified to a House committee not long ago that HealthCare.gov has “never crashed,” and that it is functional, just at a slow speed.

Here’s how the “slow” site appeared on CNN during Sebelius’ testimony:


Out of morbid curiosity, I just went to HealthCare.gov, and from there tried to get to my state’s enrollment page and got this:

null

Site’s really “slow” again today.
