Michelle Obama looks forward to her post White House years so she can finally get a chance to travel

This clip from CNN about Michelle Obama’s “post White House” plans is made even better considering FLOTUS just returned from an over three-week stay in Hawaii:

As soon as FLOTUS is finished touring Spain, Africa, Martha’s Vineyard, Hawaii, Vail and other places in her official capacity, she’ll finally have time for that Hoover Dam trip:

And she says by 70, she’d like to be traveling — to remote castles in Ireland, on rafting trips and to the Hoover Dam, which she said she hasn’t seen.

“I have flown into an airport, done an event and left, but I want to stay and have a meal, try the local dish and shop in a little shop,” she said.

Hopefully the First Lady can finally find some time to travel in her post White House years.

Maybe a trip to the Hoover Dam should be the president’s birthday present to his wife next year (taxpayers helped pick up the tab for this year’s generous gift).

What’s next? President Obama saying he’s looking forward to his post-presidency so he can finally squeeze in some golf?
