Good news: Joe Biden still considering a 2016 run

Do it, Joe, do it:

Vice President Joe Biden says he sees “no obvious reason” not to run for president in 2016.

In an interview broadcast Friday on CNN’s “New Day” program Biden says he’ll make a decision by the summer of 2015.

He says his decision to make a third White House bid will be based on whether he thinks he’s the best qualified person to focus — quote — “on the two things I’ve spent my whole life on.”

Those two things are of course embarrassing gaffes and burying the country in insurmountable debt.

I want Biden to run for president one more time for the same reason I’d like Wolf Blitzer to compete on Celebrity Jeopardy again.

Hillary has a 60-plus point lead on Biden at the moment, for what it’s worth.
