The head of Russia’s state news agency and Vladimir Putin’s hand-picked propagandist, Dmitry Kiselyov, isn’t really going out of his way to keep the chest-thumping to a minimum:

Job offer from North Korea incoming.

John Kerry has given Kiselyov until tomorrow to take this back.

I’ve read that losing sleep because Russia can turn the U.S. into “radioactive dust” (and a general fear of Putin) is Kiselyov’s explanation for why Obama’s going gray, but maybe somebody can translate.
