Baltimore mayor provided destruction ‘space’ for rioters, and they’re running with it

On Sunday, these words actually came out of the mouth of Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake:

“I made it very clear that I worked with the police and instructed them to do everything they could to make sure that the protesters were able to exercise their right to free speech. It’s a very delicate balancing act, because while we try to make sure that they were protected from the cars and other things that were going on. We also gave those that wished to destroy space to do that as well.

Welcome to Idiocracy. Enjoy your stay.

How is that “space for destruction” working out? Monday afternoon and evening those in their mayor-approved grievance parcels decided to go free-range — go figure.

Housing for the elderly that was under construction is now no more:

What a way to make a statement…

Mayor Rawlings-Blake has set a curfew, but it won’t start until Tuesday night. Wouldn’t want to impose on anybody currently taking advantage of their mayor-sanctioned destruction space.
