Did You Know...

Five years missing Marizela: Lahat ay magiging maayos.

It is hard to fathom that five years have passed since my cousin Marizela disappeared from the University of Washington campus in Seattle.

Thanks to all who have prayed and asked about her and her family.

The heart-wrenching news is that there continues to be no news. We continue to maintain the Find Marizela website in case someone somewhere might remember something or see something that could provide clues.

Her missing person flyer:

Videos of her last known whereabouts:

Emem’s friends made bracelets “for Marizela’s favorite color” (orange) and using the Tagalog phrase from her tattoo — “lahat ay magiging maayos.” (“All will be well” or “Everything’s going to be okay.”)

It’s a constant reminder to never to take life and love for granted. Ever.
