Go figure:

Fifty-three of the 214 felons granted commutations by President Obama on Wednesday were in prison for federal firearms charges, in addition to the nonviolent drug-related charges that most of them faced.

That’s why they call it “gun violence” — so personal responsibility is removed from the equation. According to the Left’s philosophy, Obama just went lenient on several dozen people who were victimized by the NRA.
