Sunday open thread time, and away we go…
First off, Oprah Winfrey let her minions know that it’s OK not to “like” Hillary Clinton as long as they still vote for her:
Oprah Winfrey’s message for undecided voters is simple: There’s only one choice, and you don’t have to like her.
“But there really is no choice, people. All the people sitting around talking about they can’t decide. This is what I what I wanna say — wait a minute,” she said, silencing Jakes to make her point. “I hear this all the time. You get into conversations — and there’s not a person in this room who hasn’t been in this same conversation — where people say, ‘I just don’t know if I like her.’”
But you don’t have to, Winfrey said, stressing that’s not the question voters should be asking.
“She’s not coming over to your house! You don’t have to like her,” she said. “You don’t have to like her. Do you like this country? Do you like this country? You better get out there and vote. Do you like the country? Do you like freedom and liberty? Do you like this country? OK. Do you like democracy or do you want a demagogue?”
What an endorsement!
Speaking of great potential campaign slogans for Hillary, I was watching Fox News a couple mornings ago and had to rewind for an extra laugh after I heard Juan Williams say the Clintons’ shady dealings might be evidence of “confusion,” but not of “corruption”:
Totally non-staged and spontaneous reaction of the week: Hillary watching the Cubs win the NLCS and head to the World Series:
Here’s what Hillary was actually looking at:
Clinton’s aides love the new “Hillbot Spontaneous Reaction Emoticon Alert System” app they installed on Hillary’s phone.

What double standards?
Spotted this version of the national anthem last night and it was a real nice respite from the usual anthem news these days. There’s a tremendous reveal at the end:
Have a good Sunday all!
