I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of blogger Bill Faith. He died of a heart attack and had been in ill health.

This morning’s New York Post is reporting that New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has launched an investigation into the shady $875,000 loan from Gloria Wise Boys & Girls Club to Air America.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) and Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.) are co-sponsoring the “HEROES Act”–a bill to greatly expand death benefits for America’s military personnel and their families. Rep.
