PORKWATCH ALERT

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 28, 2004 09:14 PM

My disgust for taxpayer-subsidized sports stadium deals is well-known. The Cato Institute has done, and continues to do, excellent work on the issue. Tomorrow, Cato’s hosting a policy forum on the D.C. baseball boondoggle, which will be before the City Council on Tuesday. More info here and a good paper debunking the economic development b.s. used by cheerleaders on both sides of the aisle here.
