THE ELECTION MESS IN WASHINGTON STATE
The chaos never ends. Today, the Seattle Times reports that as many as 660 provisional ballots in the governor’s election were counted without proper eligibility checks.
Democrats promise to do better next time, now that their candidate Christine Gregoire has been installed in office. They are also blaming talk radio–natch– for the mess:
Julia Patterson, D-SeaTac, took “hot talk” radio stations to task, saying, “If there is anything that will undermine people’s trust and confidence in our election system, it’s those radio stations continuing to lie about fraud in King County.”
How long before they start carping about Karl Rove?
[Update: Reader Nancy Hood reminds me that the Karl Rove card has already been played. Shoulda guessed.]
