I have never quite understood the popularity of George Allen as a presidential candidate, but never had anything against him either. Since he commented that he thought President Bush should have met with Cindy Sheehan in order to diffuse the situation, perhaps his standing in the poll will slip a bit. Or maybe it won’t. It will be interesting to see.
