HOUSE WANTS 9TH CIRCUIT TO RECONSIDER CASE
The US House is asserting its right to ask federal courts to reconsider bad decisions–in this case, it’s the 9th Circus and a pernicious case of overreach in public schools that the 9th allowed to stand.
