***Bumping to the top…Just e-mailed the Steele campaign…spokesman Doug Heye reiterating Steele is NOT conceding…just told his supporters to hang in for a long night…also: Absentee ballots are almost 200,000 strong…***

Kevin Zeese, Grn 7,384 - 2 percent

Robert Ehrlich, GOP (i) 234,746 - 51 percent
Martin O’Malley, Dem 217,592 - 48 percent

My Fox News colleagues reporting that WaPo has withdrawn its call for Cardin. Fox News has not done so yet.

11:28pm Eastern update. A reader in Maryland e-mails this link and tempers Steele optimism:

Baltimore, Montgomery and PG county are the ones that have to be counted, and they are going 3 -1 for Cardin. The current vote has
come from ‘Red’ counties…
