Expensive eco-hysterics take to the Senate floor today. Democrat Sens. Barbara Boxer and John Kerry are set to unveil their “climate change” plan this morning.
The Institute for Energy Research has posted the two advance drafts of the bill and provides helpful analysis.
Except, of course, for the parts where Boxer and Kerry have inserted numerous placeholders [...]

The Energy Secretary is going to take away your car keys or something if you keep acting like unruly “teenage kids” and oppose the cap-and-tax agenda.

The Republican cap-and-tax 8′er from Washington state apparently went to a GOP conference meeting this week and showed the audience a pop music parody video that substitutes Lady GaGa’s famous “Just Dance” chorus with the words “Just Tax.”

Last week, I noted that Illinois Rep. Mark Kirk’s vote for cap-and-tax was a factor in the state GOP delegation refusing to endorse him for a Senate run.
