Finally: Jihadist-enabling lawyer Lynne Stewart ordered to jail

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 17, 2009 01:47 PM

If there is a shining example of just how dangerous it is for America to give foreign-born jihadists the full panoply of American constitutional rights and all the attendant benefits of a civilian trial, it is Lynne Stewart.
I’ve written about her treacherous collaboration with the Muslim terrorist mastermind Sheikh Omar Abdul Rahman many times over [...]

“Hasan signed his e-mails with ‘Praise Be to Allah.’”

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 17, 2009 08:55 AM

You remember that homeland security slogan, “If you see something, say something.”
Well, after you say something, the people in charge of defending our country are supposed to DO SOMETHING.
But the thread that continues to run through the Fort Hood jihadist debacle is that time after time, Hasan’s colleagues did say something. And his superiors continued [...]

Fort Hood jihadist charged with murder. One charge missing.

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 12, 2009 01:54 PM

Nidal Hasan will face 13 charges of premeditated murder for plotting and executing the Fort Hood Massacre.
Details here.
As I noted yesterday, it really should be 14. Not 13.
As for the latest reports of military concerns that Hasan was “psychotic:” With all due respect, what we have here isn’t a mental problem.
It’s an ideological one.

Diversity engineers at the Naval Academy

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 11, 2009 06:44 PM

Well, this puts a perfect exclamation point on my diversity column: Look at the p.c. pretzel that the Naval Academy twisted itself into in order to try and engineer picture-perfect diversity among its color guard:

Leaders of the U.S. Naval Academy tinkered with the composition of the color guard that appeared at a World Series game [...]

The 14th murder victim of the Fort Hood jihadi massacre

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 11, 2009 02:14 PM

Maria Vitale at Life News.com makes an important correction to the death toll figure. It’s 14, not 13:
It was beyond heartbreaking, seeing a young widow pausing before a picture of her beloved soldier, killed not on the battlefields of Iraq or Afghanistan, but on the presumably safe spot of Fort Hood, Texas.
I had to turn [...]

P.C. in the U.S.A.: A deadly, bipartisan infection

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 11, 2009 10:26 AM

Hey, you know how President Obama constantly carps about having inherited all the nation’s worst problems? Well, there’s one problem he did indeed inherit from the Bush administration — but it’s a problem he won’t acknowledge because it indicts the wretched excesses of the Left. The problem is Washington’s tolerance fetish. The path to [...]

Muslim soldier Nidal Hasan to fellow military doctors: “We love death more then (sic) you love life!” Updated

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 9, 2009 11:31 PM

I want to see the whole thing. Every American should demand to see the whole damned thing. And then you need to demand to know the names of every higher-ups in the military and the government who read or saw this thing and did nothing about it.
I’m talking about the chilling slide presentation that Fort [...]

U.S. Supreme Court rejects John Muhammad’s appeal

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 9, 2009 10:07 PM

The Beltway jihadist John Muhammad will be executed tomorrow, barring any last-minute clemency action by Democrat Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine. Muhammad’s Supreme Court appeal was rejected:
Washington area sniper John Allen Muhammad’s scheduled execution will go forward Tuesday unless Virginia Gov. Timothy M. Kaine intervenes, after the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected the sniper’s final [...]

Why do we have to read British papers to get Ft. Hood jihadist news?!

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 8, 2009 01:38 AM

The London Telegraph has the bombshell report on Ft. Hood jihadist Nidal Hassan’s ties to the September 11 terrorists.
Read and re-read here for the full investigative piece.
Allahpundit has a full round-up and commentary on the Telegraph’s revelations here.
Question: Why is it that we have to read British papers to get the unvarnished truths about the [...]

Homegrown jihad in Detroit: “America must fall”

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 29, 2009 07:49 AM

Welcome to the “extremism” that DHS and the White House won’t spell out by name (via the Detroit Free Press):
A federal indictment unsealed Wednesday in Detroit provides unprecedented detail into a world where, authorities say, a group of radical Sunni Muslims were urged to take over the U.S. government and establish Islamic law.
The complaint says [...]

Two men removed from plane at LAX. CAIR lawsuit in 3, 2, 1…

By Michelle Malkin  •  September 28, 2009 05:10 PM

This latest Los Angeles Times report serves as an official CAIR dog whistle:
A plane was stopped from taking off from Los Angeles International Airport, and two men on board were taken into custody, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
LAPD Lt. John Romero said the men, who appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent, were [...]

Ho-hum: Just another illegal alien jihadi suspect

By Michelle Malkin  •  September 24, 2009 08:42 PM

From the Dallas Morning News, an illegal alien from Jordan was arrested in Italy, Texas for plotting to bomb a skyscraper after coming to the U.S. specifically to commit jihad.
I’m sure the State Department and DHS will be all over the consular officials and immigration enforcement lapses that led to his entrance into the country [...]

Still handling homeland security with a 9/10 attitude

Where in the world is Moammar Gadhafi?

Sightings of his tent in Westchester County NY.
A rumor that he’ll be parking at Donald Trump’s estate.
We should have never let him set foot on U.S. soil in the first place.

The jihadi threat to rail security

By Michelle Malkin  •  September 22, 2009 10:15 AM

The arrest of terror suspect Najibullah Zazi has re-focused Obama’s homeland security officials on the ongoing jihadi threat to rail security.
Mass transit systems across the country are on renewed alert:
A 24-year-old Afghan man at the center of an unfolding FBI investigation into a possible U.S. terrorism cell was ordered held without bond in Colorado Monday [...]

Details are still sketchy on the FBI terrorism raid earlier today in NYC.
But we do know that 5 Afghan men were targeted — and that they were “a small group of people who espoused a militant ideology aligned with al Qaeda.”

Hmmm: Security incident on the Potomac River?; a “training exercise?!”

CNN reporting:
The U.S. Coast Guard tried to prevent a boat from entering a security zone on the Potomac River not far from the Pentagon Friday, where President Obama was at an event commemorating the Sept. 11 attacks.
There were reports on police scanners of shots being fired, but those reports could not immediately be confirmed.

New Delhi. Mumbai. Chechnya. Madrid. London. The question isn’t whether America will suffer a jihadi attack on our passenger rail lines, but when. So, why has President Obama neutered the nation’s most highly-trained post-9/11 counterterrorism rail security team?
All signs point to business-as-usual cronyism and pandering to [...]

Environmentalists green-washing 9/11

By Michelle Malkin  •  September 1, 2009 03:52 PM

Take a look at a new print ad produced by DDB Brazil for the World Wildlife Fund (click for full-size):

The appalling tagline states: “The tsunami killed 100 times more people than 9/11. The planet is brutally powerful. Respect it. Preserve it.”

Team Obama denies politicizing homeland security. Insert laugh track.

She’s in a state of denial.
The White House is desperately undermining transparency.
