The battle to stop the criminal alien revolving door is being waged in the heartland of America. Washington, are you listening? Update: Tonight, the Waukegan City Council voted 8-2 to proceed on its partnership with the feds to deport criminal aliens. Police Chief William Biang: ”It has nothing to do with race,” Biang said. ”This has to do with getting criminals out of Waukegan.”
